"I woke up feeling electrified with anticipation as the 9th grade was finally coming to a close. I couldn't help but wonder if next year would bring a much-needed change into my life. Perhaps, fate would intervene, and I would make new friends, who would understand me better than Amber and Raya ever could. Maybe, even Ryan and Riley would finally see the truth and apologize for the pain they've caused me. Maybe Riley will finally come to her senses, and maybe Ryan will finally understand who was there for him all along
