Super hero academy ✨✨✨

Inspired off of an ask and dare book.

Ritchie's POV
——————————
Ritchie: It hasn't been the best week. My friends kept making fun of my ice powers. The bully(I think his name was Chad or something), Chad, was just making things worse. I mean, I was just snow, I could barely do anything. I wanted to become a hero but everyone else was making me realize day by day that I could never be a hero. Not with my powers. I sighed. I was alone right now. I was in the city since it was the weekend and we were allowed to leave the academy. I was chilling in an alley way, since people don't really go in alley ways it's the perfect place for me to think to myself without being disturbed. Suddenly I heard voices. I looked towards the dark part of the alley way to see an older man and women. They were dressed in all black. I gasped. That was my mistake. Their heads snapped towards me. I think one of them had superspeed or teleportation cause one instant they were both in front of me, the next one of the was grabbing me from behind. I struggled against the attacker, about to calm out of help when a cloth was pressed against my mouth. It smelled sweet. My vision started to blur. My body went limp as it all went black.

Ritchie: I groaned, opening my eyes. I looked around at my surroundings. I was strapped to a chair, the room I was in looked like a hospital room. A door opened. I looked up at the person that entered. My eyes widened in shock. There before me stood my mother...I couldn't believe my eyes. I thought she was dead. The hero's told me she was dead! Did they lie? No, the probably didn't know...you see. My mother was a villain. I didn't know until her supposed death. The hero's came to my house to tell me and my father the news. I was only six at the time. My dad was crying for weeks after that. One day he woke me up late at night, he told me to pack some clothes and anything I wanted to keep. I didn't understand it at the time. Once I was packed he drove me somewhere. The next thing I know he's waving goodbye while a strange lady held my hand. I screamed and cried. I had just lost my mother and now my dad had left me. That was the day I became an orphan. I eventually got adopted though. I pulled against my restraints. I might've been more happy to see my mother if I wasn't strapped to a chair. She chuckled, placing a hand on my shoulder. I stopped struggling, looking up at her face. She had a smile on her face.

Mother: "Now now dear. I apologize for restraining you like this but I didn't think you would listen to me otherwise..."

Ritchie: She sounded sincere; however, she was still a villain. As much as I wanted to trust her, I couldn't.

Ritchie: "What makes you think this will get me to listen?"

Ritchie: She frowned, removing her hand from my shoulder. She sighed.

Mother: "I understand why you wouldn't trust me. Not only am I a Villian, but I left you too..."

Ritchie: I looked down. It's true. She left me.

Mother: "But I want you to know I'm sorry."

Ritchie: I looked up at her.

Mother: "I became a Villian for you...but when the hero's came to stop me, instead of just arresting me the deliberately tried to kill me. I'm sure they told you it was an accident?"

Ritchie: I slowly nodded in response. They did tell me and my dad that her "death" had been an accident.

Mother: "I mean It's not like I was going to kill anyone. But, lucky for me a friend of mine saved me. The hero's never even knew. All this time, I've been watching you, sometimes myself, other times I had a few friends do it when I couldn't. I'm so proud of you, you've nearly mastered your powers and you're an amazing person."

Ritchie: I hummed, taking in this information. She still cared about me...

Ritchie: "why am I here mom...!"

Ritchie: She lit up at the word 'mom'

Mother: "Well you see...after all these years I figured it was about time you learned the truth. Not only about me but about this corrupt system. I figured you should know if you're going to become a hero. And for another reason. For a choice."

Ritchie: I hummed.

Ritchie: "What choice?"

Ritchie: Her smile wavered a bit.

Mother: "Hero or Villian?"

Ritchie: I tilted my head a bit.

Ritchie: "What do you mean?"

Ritchie: She sighed.

Mother: "I'm giving you the choice to join me and become a Villian or continue on your path to becoming a hero."

Ritchie: My eyes widened. I actually didn't know what to choose. On one hand the hero's a clearly corrupt. And I would get to spend more time with my mom as a Villain. But my friends...and becoming a hero is my dream. Then again...all my so called friends do lately is basically tell me I'm not good enough to be a hero. And maybe I'm not. Maybe being a Villain is just right...I smiled, having come to a conclusion.

Ritchie: "I choose...Villian."

Sage: "Well heck."

Irl: "Don't worry you'll be Ritchie's replacement."

Sage: "Well I wasn't worried before but I am now."

Irl: "Why?"

Sage: "Wouldn't being replace just make Ritchie even matter at his friends, plus, I don't think plants mix well with fire and whatever the heck Micheal's got going on."

Irl: "True...have fun with that."

Sage: "Sure..."
