I looked up to see a Green and orange tipped arrow pierce through the back of the walkers skull. Releasing all of its weight on me, I struggled to push it off.
Then I saw a rough hand reach for mine and pull me up. "You okay?" He asked. I nodded "thanks."
We finally walked into the city and started to clear out buildings. Surprisingly there weren't many walkers out.
We went into and old food bank. I was surprised to see it wasn't completely cleared out. We both ate and packed the rest into our bags.
We kept clearing out buildings like we always did. I walked into a building that had no sign but as soon as I walked in I knew it was a pharmacy.
I grabbed some ibuprofen and painkillers. I also grabbed an asthma inhaler I remember Carl had one when we first met at the beginning of the apocalypse. So did my cousins.
"Sams Gun Supply Shop" read the sign of the store Daryl was in. Most of it was wiped out. But there was a bit of ammunition left.
We stepped outside and started walking down the street. A green car rolled up with tinted windows, we quickly grabbed our weapons and stood side by side.
As a figure stepped out of the drivers seat and grinned.
