CHAPTER 20: Parting For His Life

Bakugou's POV:

I feel lighter like my old self again. That's when I opened my eyes and saw that my angelic powers have returned. I flew up and before the demon who brought deku here could react. I had him pinned to a wall of hell fire and exploded his head to bits. Before he could regenerate. I grabbed deku and began to get him to safety.

"Kacchan why are you leaving todoroki behind?"

"He'll be fine once we're far away. Then he won't be holding back for our sake."

"That's good to hear-"

Deku goes limp in ny arms.

"Deku? Oi deku!"

He doesn't respond and I sence his soul is ripping apart from within.

"Shit, too much exposure to magic and after life elements. What do I do now?"

We get to the surface and I lay him on the grass nearby to try and keep his soul together  with healing magic.

"You'd better hurry up icyhot. I need your help to stablize him. All I can do alone is try to hold him together."

Shoto's POV:

With a deep breath in. I calmed my nerves and smiled.

"For a pain in my ass, bakugou can sometimes be helpful. Now I can give this my all."

"Do you really think you can defeat me little brother?"

Magic heals all of my injuries as my power triples.

"Without midoriya around i know I can."

Touya takes a step back.

"Where were you hiding this at?"

As Touya begins to fly away in fear. My magic spreads out all over hell and freezes the flames and souls around. So touya turns around and goes into his demon form.

"If I die, I'll take you with me!"

In one final attack from us both. By ice blade impaled Touya as his flames damage my wings. A burst of energy from the attach shatters everything I froze and hell becomes darker. Only the light from the sun in the mortal world above shines down on us. I begin to cry as touya leans on my shoulder.

"Why did you do this? Why kill Natsuo to become a demon?"

"I did it because I wanted father to notice me for once instead of  ignoring i ever existed."

"That's no excuse for what you've done!"

"I know, which is why I won't give up just yet."

Touya reaches up and clutches his fist. That's when the hole to the surface starts to close.

"With you trapped here with me. I won't feel so alone anymore."

Touya dies while leaning on me. So I look up and try to think of an escape plan.

^with my wings damaged and magic drained. I can't get up there in time.^

"I'm sorry I couldn't come back to you guys. I'll always love you both."

As I started to faint. I saw a bright light coming down towards me at a fast pase. It felt like I had blinked and I was on the surface by midoriya on the ground. I looked to see all might performing a miracle on midoriya.

"Huh m...master all might?!"

"Glad to see you're finally awake young todoroki."

"How's midoriya, is he alright?"

I sat up quickly and held Midoriya's hand as bakugou held the other.

"Relax you two. He's gonna be alright for now,  but something has to be done in order for his soul to heal up completely and you both aren't going to like it."

"Spit it out old man. We'll do anything to protect him."

"I know that young Bakugou. Which is why I have to I know you both are gonna fight me on this. I have to earase Midoriya's memory of everything that's happened since he went up the mountain. That includes his feelings for you both."

"YOU CAN'T DO THAT!"

"WHAT THE FUVK OLD MAN!"

"If I don't He'll vanish from existence. Not even purgatory will have a single piece of him there. He's been exposed to magic for too long and a mortal soul can't handle it when still attached to a body."

Can we visit him on earth descized as mortals?"

All might shakes his head no.

"That's bullshit!"

"He has to live a normal human life."

Bakugou and I go to attack all might in fits of rage. Only for him to snap his fingers and send us up to heaven chained to the clouds.

Izuku's POV:

I open my eyes and see kacchan and todoroki arguing with a muscular angel guy with pointy rabbit ears hair style. Then they vanish and left me alone with this stranger.

"Hey there young Midorya."

"Where's kacchan and todoroki?"

"I sent them home but don't worry. This dream will soon end and you can live a normal life again without knowing anything that's happened."

I begin to cry Uncontrollably.

"I..I'd rather die then lose the ones I love. Please don't make me forget about them."

The serious look in his eyes becomes more emotional. So he places a hand over my eyes and whispers in my ear before I blacked out."
