Exposition: dead apple happens. Fyodor gets a little too handsy. Dazai gets stabbed. Chuuya comes to the rescue. Dazai is rushed to Yosano. They are in critical condition. Akimura is home with Chikyu. Since Fyodor escaped the tower he went looking for the book. Since Dazai is in the infirmary Ango went to pick the kids up from the apartment and bring them to them.
Rising Action: start of cannibalism arc. Once again Dazai gets injured. Taken to hospital. Mori on his way to see Dazai. That's when Fyodor attacks him. Chuuya is with Dazai when he gets notified about Mori. Dazai wants to visit their dad. They also call the agency about the ability that was used. Gets taken to the PM headquarters. Visits their dad. Stays with him. Warns their dad that if he fights Fukuzawa it won't end well for either of them. Tell him their plan. He agrees
Climax:end of Cannibalism arc. Fyodor gets arrested. Start decay of angles abridged. Dazai gets arrested. Turns out they're the book. Unironically Akimura gets her ability the day after Dazai goes to prison. Atsushi and Akutagawa make a plan. Meanwhile Chuuya is trying to deal with his daughter that somehow activated a mini version of corruption. Stop the Decay of Angels and Hunting Dogs, but not before Akutagawa dies and then get brought back as a vampire. Dazai plays mind games w/ Fyodor. Atsushi and agency find way to return PM back to normal
Falling Action: Dazai gets rescued by Atsushi and the rest of the agency. Heads back home. Stops his child's corruption. Government lets Soukoku get married. There's a wedding. After Soukoku's honeymoon the kids meet Mori for the first time. Happy family fun times. Akimura is kept six feet away from Mori though.
Resolution:flash over to Russia. We see Sigma talking to a ⅞ year old. Reveals that the child is Fyodor's son. End book 2
When Akutagawa dies:
"Hey Aki, I'm gonna need you to take you and your brother to Ango's apartment." Chuuya said once he and his daughter entered their home.
"Is everything Ok, does this have to do with why government men took Ren?"
"Yes my little starfish, and there's also something that happened. Your uncle Akutagawa got killed in his battle."
"Wasn't Atsushi also there?"
"Yes, but Akutagawa protected him and is now running rapid as a vampire and turning everyone into one."
