In the air. The artic air he swirls and twirls his final minutes *WARNING- sad part* his friends not realizing they are crying and breathing his last vapor bits of his life away.
Untill....he becomes a necessarily permanent part of the water cycle.
Wally rains, vapors, participates in precipitation and floods (occasionally)
Remember that bottle of water you drank today? So does Wally.
