Drawbacks: when the quirk is activated the user cannot breathe, and everything slows down regardless of friend or foe
Special Attack: Complete stop The user is able to stop time within a 50 meter radius for 30 seconds The user will be unable to use their quirk for the next 30 minutes You won't be able to breathe during these 30 seconds
