Beware the quirk apprehension test!!

{Hi!! I'm Y/n Tsukino! I'm 15 years old and I made it into UA high! As well as my best friend, Denki Kaminari. Today's my first day, wish me luck! I am Lunar Lady and in the name of the moon...justice will be mine!}

[Third POV]

Y/n awoke to her phone buzzing with texts

"Hm...?? What's happening...?" she wondered aloud as she tiredly grabbed her phone

'Hey! Tsuki! You're late!'

'Class is starting!'

'The teacher's gonna take my phone...hurry!!'

"Wha..??"

It took you 2 seconds to register the event. You was late...for your first day of school at UA. It took you 1 minutes to get ready and 2 minutes to get the the school which you lived near. You stopped at the door that said 1-A before opening the door.

"Um...hi(?) Sorry I'm late..."

The class turned and look at you and so did the teacher (in question)

"I assume you're Y/n Tsukino? Take a seat, don't be late again."

"Yes sir." you said sitting down behind Denki and in front of a red-haired boy

"As I was saying, put on your gym clothes we're going outside"

"Um...so could anyone fill me in on the situation right now?" you asked as you put on your clothes

"Sure!" an invisible girl said

"He's our homeroom teacher, Shota Aizawa and we're going outside for a reason we're about to find out" she said

"Oh, thanks" you said

"By the way I'm Y/n Tsukino"

"Tooru Hagakure!" she exclaimed

You smiled as you walked out of the locker room

{Time Skip}

"So we're going to do a quirk apprehension test." Mr. Aizawa said

"A test on the first day?!" I groaned

"What about the entrance ceremony, or guidance sessions!?" a brown haired girl questioned

"No time to waste on that stuff if you want to be heroes." he blunted answered

"U.A. is known for its 'freestyle' educational system. That applies to us teachers as well. Soft ball throwing, the long standing jump, the 50-meter dash, endurance running, grip strength, side-to-side stepping, upper-body training, seated toe touch. 

You did all of these in middle school, yes? Your standard no-quirks-allowed gym tests. This country still insists on prohibiting quirks when calculating the averages of those records. It's not rational. The department of education is just procrastinating."

'He's pretty blunt'  you thought while nervously sweat dropping

"Tsukino, how far could you throw in middle school?" he asked you, which made the whole class look at you

"Um..65 meters if I remember correctly..."

"Alright, now try with your quirk"

"Alright..." she said shakily

'Which one would be best for this?? I think...Venus power?'

You raised your arm back and a slightly visible chain from your arm to the ball was seen. You threw the ball and got a score of 695 meters...cool!

"Good, it's important for us to know our limits. That's a rational step to becoming  a hero." Mr. Aizawa said

"695 meters?! Cool!"

"The hero course is great!"

"You're all hoping to become heroes after your last year here, do you think it'll be all fun and games? And anyways the one with the lowest score in ever event will be expelled."

"WHAT!?" the class said yelled in unison, save for a girl with black hair in a ponytail

"Your life's are in my hands now, welcome to the UA Hero Course" he said while doing something I assume was a smile

"Isn't that a bit much Mr. Aizawa??" you questioned

"A BIT MUCH!? IT'S TOTALLY UNFAIR!!" the brown-haired girl exclaimed

"Natural disasters...highways pileups...rampaging villains. Calamity is always right around the corner. I'd say Japan is full of unfair things. Heroes are the ones who correct all of that unfairness. 

If you were hoping to spend your evenings relaxing, I'm sorry to tell you that for the next three years, U.A. will run torture you. Use your strength to overcome it. That's Plus Ultra, so bring it on."

"...the demonstration is over. It's time for the real deal."

Event 1: 50 Meter Dash

You finished in 4.05 seconds, not bad

You got 60.0 kg...which is amazing!

By the end of the test you had gotten in 7th place out of 21 students. It was Midoriya who finished in last place, much to your dismay. You were about to go talk to him until

"And nobody's getting expelled, it was a logical ruse" he said, smirking

"WHAT!?" the class yelled (2x)

"Anyways we're done here. Your documents about the curriculum and such are back in the classroom, give them a look. And Midoriya, have Recovery Girl fix you up. Tomorrow's trials aren't going to be any easier."

{Time Skip}

You were waiting for Denki at the gate and he ran up to you

"Yo! Tsuki, you been waiting long?" he questioned

"Nope, it's fine" you said as you and him walked home
