Being someone with particularly bright eyes, Draco's eyesight is super messed up.
His glasses are essential if he's planning of seeing anything whatsoever, however, he can get away with contact lenses.
But, maybe once in a blue moon, Harry would catch him on a lazy day wearing his glasses, and whilst Draco hates them, Harry thinks they are adorable.
