D.S.P. Anubhav Singh- D.S.P. of Lucknow and a Negotiation specialist, previously in IB, who always talks in pure Hindi and has a hidden talent of speaking fluent English. He is S.I. Karishma Singh's elder cousin brother and senior. He tries to control the fights between Karishma and Haseena and make them realize importance of team work.

S.H.O. Haseena Malik- She is the senior most officer in M.P.T. She always handles case with intelligence and emotions. She believes to end crime, not criminals, is a good leader and is very kind hearted. She always tries to stop Karishma Singh from taking the wrong step in rage. She also cares for her team and can give her life for her country. She is called MADDAM SIR by other members of Mahila Police Thana. Her way of solving the cases by JAZBAAT.

S.I. Karishma Singh- She is a bold, daring and fearless officer, she is always there to help every needy. She is married and the daughter-in-law of Constable Pushpa Singh with whom she always fights yet they both love each other a lot. She don't like Haseena's way of solving cases and beats before talking but now she has to solve all cases through reconciliation but has respect for her senior S.H.O Haseena Mallik and is D.S.P. Anubhav Singh's younger cousin sister. Even if, She is rude and furious from outside but a lovely and kind hearted person from inside. Her motto is to beating the criminals as she believes in only LAAT-GHUSSA-LAAT no jajbaat.
