Personal Haunting Pt.1

"Whatcha making?"

I turned around and faced the ghost girl.

"Ramen" I mumbled, focusing on the cooking.

"What type?"

I turned around and looked at her.

"Your really nosey"

"Rough night? Bad sleep?"

"The second one" I whispered.

Amity giggled and I blushed.

"You should've gotten more sleep idiot!" She smirked.

"I know I know, and yet a met a pretty interesting girl last night that kept me up all night" I snickered.

Amity laughed and punched me in the shoulder.

"Ow, your a ghost why can I still feel when you touch me!" I hissed.

Amity shrugged and looked at me. I turned back to my food, stirring it.

"Y'know what? Can you be useful and get me a bowl?" I asked, putting the packet of spices in my ramen.

"Psh, fine" she said, passing me a bowl.

"Thanks, um, do you want any?" I asked.

She blushed and nodded her head. I dished out the bowls and passed one to Amity. She looked at the bowl like it was a new born kitten and I laughed at her reaction.

"C'mon, let's go sit down before you spill your food"

We sat down in the empty living room and start eating. Well, I start eating, Amity kept staring at her food.

"I didn't poison it, if that's what your thinking" I smirked playfully.

"I-i know that.. just I haven't eaten actual food in a while.." the ghost girl whispered.

"Well, try it and see how you like it"

She sighed and took a bite of it.

"Sorry if it's trash, I'm not the best at cooking" I said, slightly frowning.

"No no, it's good! Like, really good!" She smiled, cupping my face with her available hand.

I blushed and scoffed, pushing her hand away.

"Y-your lying, obviously.."

"No I'm really not it's good, could've use more spice but it's good!" She smiled.

I nodded but I was still in disbelief. I leaned against the wall and grabbed my phone out, noticing I got a text.

L. Sorry, I'm busy unpacking

I felt bad lying to my friend but I enjoyed the ghost girls presence.

I looked back at the girl and she was staring intensely at me.

"What?" I mumbled.

"Nothin, your just gorgeous" she smiled.

I laughed and sat back.

"Yeah right"

She looked at me and sat closer.

Shit she's so pretty...

"Uh, fuck you made me lose my train of thought!" I groaned.

The girl giggled and looked at me.

"Your an idiot" she said, throwing a piece of noodle at me.

I laughed and laid down on the floor. She came closer and rested her head on my stomach.

"Hey Amity?" I whispered.

"Yeah?" Amity whispered back, moving her head to look at me more.

"Have you ever been Inlove?"

She stopped and sighed before speaking.

"Yeah..have you?"

"No, not at all"

We stayed in a comfortable silence and Amity sat up and looked at me.

"I don't remember how I died.."

I looked at her and tilted my head.

"Like, I have some hints, I'm blind in my left eye, I have a lotta scars on my back, and I tend to forget how to breathe, like someone or something is choking me.." she said, whispering the last part.

"Maybe you were choking on food?"

"No, it's not that I'm choking on something, it's that something is choking me!.."

I sat up and grabbed her shoulder.

"Hey..don't feel so bad for your own death..it's not your fault you died" I said, trying to be supportive.

"IT IS!!" She yelled, but it didn't sound like her..it was a darker, more low pitched voice.

She pushed me off her and I banged my head on the wall, immediately knocking out from the force.

"Gah!" I woke up in a sweat, looking around the room in a panic.

Hah..I'm still here..

I stood up and a pain sprung through my body.

Where is Amity?

That question went through my head but then I saw a little note and read it.

Just on the roof, come up when your okay. I have something to you..
