When I was a child, I thought the world was perfect. As I grew up, It all came too, It was a lie.

"Okay, I'm leaving now!". I yelled throughout my apartment, shutting the door behind me. I went to a private university, not by choice obviously.

They make us wear uniforms, abide by certain rules, and the students we're all the same. It wasn't ideal, most students did whatever they wanted, have sex in the library, skip class, they would harass other students, but no one actually cared in the end.

I made my way down the courtyard, ignoring all the students behind me...that was until, "Hey Y/N, why don't you spend some time with us?".One of the male students called from behind me.

I lightly squeezed my hands together before turning around. "Hi.". I smiled at him, noticing his friends behind him. "Do you need anything, Aran?".

I watched as he stood up from the bench he was sitting at, making his way towards me. Why can't he just leave me alone? "I was wondering if maybe you were free tonight, we could-". I quickly cut him off, patting his shoulder.

"I'm sorry, but I'm not...". I looked behind Aran, noticing him looking over at me. I quickly look back at Aran, regaining my breath, "...not available.". I tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. "Maybe, another time-". I nodded my head slightly, keeping my smile.

"Alright, I'll see you around Y/N.". Aran waved at me, before walking away as his friends laughed at him. I turned around, continuing my day.

I looked around for my friend, Makio. She was the only one I talked too, the only one I could fully trust. "Y/N!". I heard a scream from behind me, sudden arms clinging around my neck. "I've missed you.".

"It's been one week, Makio.". I sighed, as I moved my head forward.

"Too long for me.". She let go, falling back on her feet. "Anyways, how have you been? Did your brother visit?". Makio and I began walking to our next class. Her long dark curly hair swayed from side to side, her plump lips forming into a beautiful smile.
