when your words don't flow out of your veins
like they used to, you'll know. the only way out
will be to search for answers because there are
too many unanswered questions. the very same
questions you suppressed all this time, knowing
that they'll come back to you. they will haunt you
when you're having your breakfast, they will bother
you in your dreams. too many assumptions, rumours,
expectations... and disappointments. it comes to a
situation where you cannot separate these feelings
from each other and at that moment, you'll know...
you'll know exactly why you feel suffocated, why your
words feel like poisonous thorns restricting your path
and why your eyes cannot differentiate the light from
the dark. this is how it becomes a circle, the beginning
and the end. history repeated itself over and over again
but you chose to ignore the answers all the time. tonight,
as the blue ribbons decompose into black sea waves, and
the last of your energy is spent fighting a war you lost twelve
years ago, you'll know the very reason why you stand where
you do now and where you'll go when the thunderstorm stops.
