Boy, this one took a long time to write. My birthday was on the 13th this month so I wanted to release it that day but knowing my lazy ass I barely finished it. Is it spellchecked? No. Is it checked at all? No. Am I tired and wanted this chapter published so I can make the final part and continue with the part I am most excited about? Yes.

Anywho, enjoy!

The sound of boots clashing along the metallic floor resonated through Natasha's ears. Her heart was beating at a very concerning rate as she felt it thump against her chest. Where was she? How did she get here? Is she going on a mission on her first day?

All these thoughts plagued the Russian woman's mind. Despite her nervousness, she kept her composure as she followed the Hydra soldiers through a long hallway. Whilst being lost in thought, she was brought back to earth when she saw both men come to an abrupt stop.

Hydra soldier: [Points towards a door] This is Mr. Pierce's office.

Natasha simply nodded and saw both men walk at a slightly quicker pace than before, practically sprinted. This only fed her fears more and more as she lightly knocked on the dark wood door.

Muffled voice: Come in!

Natasha opened both doors, revealing a man in his late 60's, in a dark blue tuxedo and light blonde hair sipping calmly a glass of fine wine. He was the typical rich prick, only missing the snarky comments.

Mr. Pierce: Ah... Ms. Romanoff... I expected a woman with your reputation to be a little... older.

There it is.

Natasha: Did you request to see me?

Mr. Pierce: Why yes, I did. You see, we have a slight issue right now and that is that just a few days ago somebody took down the very institution that you were trained on. And not only that, but they also ambushed our Hydra specialists. Their identity is unknown, but what we do know is that we need them either here, in cuffs... or dead.

Natasha: [thinking to herself] A few days ago? But I just graduated... how long have I been unconscious? And who would even try to take down the Red Room... apart from... (Y/N)

Mr. Pierce: You need to go there and track down whoever was behind this. If they targeted the Red Room and Hydra at the same time, it means they have something against us. You will be transported as soon as possible, for now, we have other tasks for you.

*Flashback to a few days prior*

(Y/N) was walking down the cold morning streets, headed towards the so-called gang hideout, or so did Anne put it. After just a few more minutes of mindlessly walking the streets, he stopped by a small coffee shop titled "Orelov coffee shop". There was something about that name that sounded familiar to him, but he couldn't quite figure out exactly why. Regardless, he chose to ignore it and step inside. The smell of coffee that invaded his nostrils and the beautiful scenery of the café fascinated him. He looked around for a short while and saw something that he did recognize. It was a framed image of Nikolai Orelov, a former member of the assassin brotherhood, which the Red Room taught him all about. They portrayed them as cowardly and ignorant, saying that they sought to find the artifacts, only to never use them and hide them. (Y/N), on the other hand, saw them as brave and quite clever. They managed to take down the highest, most powerful men and women this world has ever seen. As he was lost in his thought, he heard what sounded like a woman clear her throat, which caused (Y/N) to turn around and face a young woman, which was slightly older than him, at the cash register. She greeted him with a wide, pure smile as she spoke up.

(From now on I'll just put in "{}" whenever someone is speaking a different language since I'm too lazy to go to google translate and change the text)
