ʙᴀᴄᴋʀᴏᴜɴᴅ ::

OO1 -- Download the app picsart if you don't already have it

OO2 -- Open the app choose a picture, then their is a icon that says +add photo

OO3 — Then add the background(or)overlay , and you will see a arrow on the overlay/background , you pull it and make it as Big as you want

OO4 — Now their is a icon that will say blend

OO5 — Their are some choices that you can choose to blend the background(or)overlay , I recommend Multiply, lighten, screen, overlay, or soft light, for this one I used overlay

OO5 — You then see this eraser icon at the top, once you click on it and you have this

OO6 — Then you choose the eraser and remove parts of the background/overlay where you don't want it on, or just simply choose one of the select, and choose one of the buttons

OO7 — Then you press the check mark at the top, and then press the apply at the top right corner and you save it and your done
