Its been a Week sense the last chapters events and just a few hours ago Izuku took out a Diner with his newest Toxin which has... Different effects

And currently it's being covered all over The World

And suddenly Screens all over The World glitch for a couple seconds before revealing Izuku

Joker: Helloooo are we live? Are we live Echo?

Echo: We're live Puddin

Joker: Great!! SO you morons have been watching I released a Toxin in that Diner!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! But as you've might've noticed it didn't kill them like my normal Toxin!! Instead they attacked and killed themselves!! WELL it's because it's an entirely New Toxin!! AHAHAHA!! What this Toxin does is make you as crazy as me!! But the difference is you normal people can't control it as well as me so you end up attacking everything and everyone around you!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! WELL I'm sure your wondering why I'm explaining this right? WELL I've created 7 Bombs with this Toxin in it and the explosion will be big enough to cover an entire Continent!! And you have 7 days to stop me!! 7 Bombs... 7 Continents... 7 Days... For each day you do not stop me I detonate one of the Bombs!! And to show you I'm serious I'm gonna detonate 1 of the Bombs now...

The Bomb goes off

Joker: Hey Echo which Continent was that?

Echo: South America!!

Joker: I just released that Toxin in South America so as of now the entire Continent is tearing itself apart!! 6 Bombs left... 6 Continents left... 6 Days left... Your move... AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

The feed is cut leaving the remaining 6 Continents frozen in Shock and pure Terror
