And the he ends up bumping into Ushijima. And baby boy is absolutely awestruck. And Ushijima can't help but indulge the little baby.
Kindaichi and Kunimi realise that Kages is missing and it ends up starting this whole spectacle
In the end, Oikawa, oh so generously offers to search for him (Iwa had something to do with it) and has half a panic attack when he sees Ushikage interacting.
He ends up speeding over there at super sonic speeds and continues to wine loudly about "sweet little Tobio chan being germ infested!" and poor baby just wants to talk to Ushijima

And flashback to like when they're playing with each other in the Japan National Team and Oikawa comes out of nowhere whilst the couple is trying to have some personal time and reenacts the scene from middle school all those years ago because it's him.
