Croatoan walks around the hospital, using his selective invisibility to only be visible to certain beings he was coming for. He paused when he got to the room of a cancer patient: a 12 year old boy. "Your time has come," he said, walking over to the boy and placing a hand onto his head. Suddenly, the tumor began to grow, making the boy cry out briefly before slipping into a coma. This was rather normal for the Horseman, strolling around hospitals and giving various patients horrible ailments or causing them to succumb to the ones they already had. The moment they saw the man in the plague doctor attire, they always knew it was over for them.
