Trolls: An Ali-human's way home

Chapter 6

*The Ali-human was sniffing the ground and walking around*

Branch: How did this creature get to trollstopia? I mean its wings are injured and its horn can't teleport that far

Cooper: Maybe it walked here all by itself?

*then the ali-human began barking*

Poppy: What's that?

*as the ali-human continued barking, poppy figured out what it was trying to say*

Poppy: She said that she didn't walk here by itself, she was born in a prairie with other wild ali-humans but was abandoned by her family so she left the prairie and went to the outskirts of trollstopia and never trusted trolls or any other animals

Branch:...How the heck did you understand that?

Poppy: she looked like she was abandoned or something I dunno

*Poppy said as she shrugged*

Branch: Well wherever the ali-human came from it's certainly not here so it's best if we put 'her' into a stable

*then the ali-human began to bark and hiss*

Poppy: Branch I don't think it likes that

Branch: poppy we have to put it somewhere, we can't just let it roam around trying to attack the trolls

Poppy: *sighs* okay...I'll take it to the barn

Poppy: Come on girl

*the ali-human tilted its head and followed poppy*

*Poppy and the ali-human arrived at a barn*

Poppy: I'm sorry but this is for your own good

*then poppy threw a lasso over its neck and it started barking and growling*

*poppy pulled the ali-human into a stable and locked the door*

*The next day*

Branch: did you manage to lock the ali-human up popps?

Poppy: Yeah but for some reason, I feel really bad for it

Branch: Don't worry poppy, after a few days we can send it back into the wild and later you'll feel better about it

Poppy: Okay branch...but just for safe measures I'm gonna go check up on it

Branch: okay but be careful *kisses poppy's forehead*

Poppy: I will

*Poppy walked over to the barn and slowly unlocked the door and the ali-human ran out*

Ali-human: *Hisses at poppy*

Poppy: Look is this because I locked you in there? look I didn't mean to, I just don't want you hurting my people

*the ali-human scoffed*

Poppy: Okay stubborn aren't you? alright then let's see you try to take up THIS!

*Poppy pounced the ali-human to try and get on its back and succeded but the ali-human started to panic and it ran out of the barn and into a gorge*

Poppy: Whoa! AAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Branch: HOLD ON POPPY!! I'M COMING!!!!!

*Poppy looked up and saw branch riding on a puffalo running after the ali-human*

Poppy: Branch!

*then the ali-human jumped over a gap and poppy fell off but branch managed to grab her just in time with his hair and pulled her close to him*

Poppy (hyperventilating): wh- what happened? am I dead?!

Branch (softly): it's okay poppy, you're gonna be okay, I'm gonna take you home

*Branch scooped poppy up bridal style and got onto the puffalo and they rode to her pod*

*When they got to her pod*

*Branch walked into her pod and put her in her bed*

Poppy (Panicked): Branch, what's going on, where's my dad?!

Branch (Softly): hey hey hey shh shh shh it's okay, it's gonna be okay, I'll go talk to your dad about what happened...just get some rest, and everything is gonna be okay

*Branch said as he tucked poppy into bed and laid a kiss on her forehead*

Branch (Softly): I love you poppy

*branch told poppy as she fell asleep trembling*

*Branch rubbed her head comfortingly and waited for peppy* 

*Peppy entered poppy's pod and he saw branch stroking his daughter's head as she trembled in her sleep*

King Peppy: Branch? is something wrong?

Branch:...something happened to poppy a few hours ago

King Peppy: What?

Branch: The ali-human escaped with poppy and she nearly died when the ali-human jumped a gap, I managed to save her and she was trembling and shaking

King Peppy: I see, I'll go after that ali-human and make sure to keep poppy away from that creature so she won't get hurt again

Branch: I Understand king peppy
