OKK SO THE RAVEN METHOD (Imma copy and paste lmao-)
• meditate for 10 minutes, relax and get ready, you need to be a little tired for this method.
• lay down in your bed and think about your DR and start counting 1-100 (you can use subliminals)
• every 20 seconds imagine that you're in your DR, think about how it smells, the weather there, here you're going to wake up, your friends, your family, the school...
• when you reach 100 go to sleep thinking about your DR with affirmations and when you feel that your environment is changing "open your eyes"

In a video I watched, I learned that you can also replay visualization scenes in your head while you feel yourself shift!
