Chapter 10

It's 2 days later and Kendra is on her way home after being out for about an hour shopping for groceries. She gets home grabbing the bags out of the car then walks up to the door setting the bags down and grabs her key unlocking the door. She carries the stuff inside over to the counter then walks over to the door closing and locking it. She begins putting away all of the groceries when there's A knock on the door and she walks over opening it.

"What are you doing here?" Ava is standing there with a grin on her face "My man invited me over actually." She walks inside. "Your man? Kieran been broke up with you, you both aren't together anymore."

"Actually he wrote me today telling me to come over so yeah, we're back together and we're both gonna be together for A while so you're gonna be seeing my face A whole lot." She smiles before walking off upstairs.

Kendra scoffs "I can not believe him!" She storms off upstairs after Ava "I guess you forgot this is still my house and I don't want you here so you're gonna have to leave."

"Well my boyfriend lives here with you so technically that means it's his place too right?" Ava stands there crossing her arms. "No, it's my place, I pay all the bills and I bought everything in this house myself, It's my house so go."

Kieran's door opens and he pokes his head out "Oh, you're back."

"Yeah I'm back, You really are a dumbass."

"I didn't do anything wrong, I don't know why you're mad."

"Are you serious right now Kieran? this how you wanna be?"

"Baby come in here and wait for me" He grabs Ava's arm pulling her into his room then closing the door behind her. "Kieran are you dumb inviting that bitch back into my house?"

"No, remember what you told me A couple of days ago? you don't care if I go back to her so I chose to go back to her, She loves me and I love her"

"Do you really love her? Or are you just doing this to get back at me?"

"Kendra, i'm not the type of person to get back at people and you should know that" He chuckles "That would be stupid trying to get you mad by bringing my ex over."

"So you're telling me the reason you invited her over was because you love and miss her?"

"Do you not want her over here? is someone jealous?" he teases.

"I'm not jealous I just don't like her."

"And why don't you like her?"

"Because -" Before she could finish he cuts her off "Because you're jealous, admit it."

"Fine, she can stay I just don't wanna be around while she's here" Kendra walks off into her room closing the door behind her then starts getting dressed. She calls up Monica while getting dressed and the phone rings for A few then she answers.

"What's up?" Monica answers.

"Girl, i'm coming to see you for A few, Kieran invited Ava over again."

"What is wrong with that dude? does he get turned on by bitches like that?"

"I really don't know but I don't wanna be around them at all." Kendra slips on her Ugg's slides "I'll be on my way in A few minutes"

"Okay, See you soon."

"See you soon" Kendra hangs up the phone opening her door and leaves out walking downstairs into the kitchen. She opens the fridge grabbing her A water bottle then gets ready to leave when Kieran comes downstairs.

"Come on, don't leave." He walks over to her. "Why not?"

"I don't want you to go, just stay."
