Episode 21: Something is wrong

Man: *cuts a call* Mene Ashu se baat karli hai.. everything is sorted, I am good to go
Nan: Hmm.. good!

She was msging Navya to ask her about this. Manik sat on the sofa with his one leg crossed on the other. Alya was searching for all the places they would go to in Goa and Mukti was handling all the bookings and everything. Dhruv was just sitting beside Manik and was secretly admiring Alya. Nandini was near the bar counter talking to Navya and also informing Chacha and Chachi about their plan.

Muk: *on the phone* Ok yaa, our one member is yet to confirm.. once that is done I will speak to you in detail. *Cuts the call*
Nan: Guys, Navya ka msg aaya.. she will come with us!
Aly: That's Great!! Aaa Nandini..
Nan: Hmm?
Aly: Aryaman ko bhi puchlo na.

Manik's head jerked straight to look at Alya after she asked that question. His jaw clenched a little. Yaa, Manik and Ayraman had sorted out their differences, and Aryaman and Manik would even talk to each other just to congratulate the other on their success. But still, he did not want him to accompany Nandini and the others on this trip. Manik wanted to spend most of his time with Nandini... his friends too but he wanted to be with her and with Aryaman around talking to Nandini as "Bestfriends" will just make him a hulk again.

His face fell, he looked at Nandini turning his head ever so slightly, and waited for her answer. She was just looking at the screen of her phone and was thinking something while eating a piece of apple which Alya had given to everyone. She did not hear what Alya asked her, and that irritated Manik more than Alya as he was eager to know it more than her. Nandini looked at Alya while taking the last bite of the  piece and with her eyebrows raised asked-

Nan: Sorry, what?
Aly: I said could you even ask Aryaman?
Nan: I asked him and he said-
Man: What?
Nan: *she looked at Manik's curiosity and chukled* he said he won't be able to make it. Use kuch kaam hai.

Manik looked away from Nandini's face and then took a deep breath of relief with a small smile. And then looked at Dhruv who was already looking at him while shaking his head in disbelief.

Dhr: *to Manik* kaisa hai re tu.. you know she is only yours then why are you jealous of Aryaman?
Man: *pursed his lips then spoke without making an eye contact* I am not jealous, parr.. come on buddy you know it... I know she won't do anything and I don't doubt her... Parr phir bhi... You know, I just.. I just don't want-
Dhr: Don't want to share her with anyone?
Man: *rolling his tongue* ummm.. yaa, maybe.. I don't know.
Dhr: Hmm *he looked at Alya* I know..

Muk: Okay then, Matlab in total hum 6 log hai.. great! I will look into all the bookings-
Man: Aree Mukti, I will manage that you don't-
Muk: Manik I have a planner wo sab bookings and planning karke dega.. from the air tickets to the hotels to the return journey. So don't worry I have it all..
Man: Ok..
Muk: I will talk to him now and usse sab discuss kar lungi and I will let you guys know till 9.. is that ok?
Nan: Cool..
Aly: Why don't you stay here for tonight? Waise bhi this big bunglow is anyways empty.
Muk: I don't have any problem
Man: *looked at Nandini* Nandini?
Nan: Haan chalega..
Man: But you had to meet Chacha na?
Nan: Chacha is out of town for his work.. wo bole he will be back by Monday. So, when we are back, we can meet him and then return to Denmark.
Man: Ok then.. done.
Muk: Dhruv? Tu?
Dhr: *he looks at Alya who was already looking at him. Then looking towards Mukti* I don't have my night suit here... And I think I should stay with Ma.
Muk: Achaa thike, parr dinner keliye aana ok?
Dhr: hmm..
Man: Carry your clothes and stay here for the night na.. phir subhe yaha se saathme hi nikalenge. Picking up Navya ofcourse.
