The night was frightening.

The moon shone in a gloomy light. Rain clouds scatter, hovering over the dazzling stars that could only shine faintly. A gentle breeze swept over the soft cheeks of a young man playing a xylophone along the Suphan Buri River.

The gentleman has a well-built face and a soft smile. But behind those smiles of his, was the bitter music that was emitting from his percussion—giving an impression of the storm that was yet to come. He was in the middle of contemplation, whether to break their custom by marrying the man of his life, or continue their tradition to his damnation.

His hands hit the xylophone, with his eyes drifting at the crescent moon. He was too preoccupied with his gesture that he didn't notice the footsteps swooping towards him by the waterfront pavilion.

“Khun Luang…why is the xylophone sound so sad today?”

A deep, charming voice came from behind. It immediately took the attention of the percussion bearer, as if his whole attention was captured by the newcomer's voice. He was torn between practicing his percussion, or succumbing to his lover's presence. But before he even managed to make his choice, the latter already took the opportunity.

“It is said that our lives were like music. There are highs and lows. And as stiff as it comes up, was the depths of it when it came down…”The latter said, striding slowly towards Khun Luang. “And the beauty of the song often relies on the beholder of the percussion.” He added.

"It's quite amusing that Dr. Gal can understand this much." The lad said towards the Doctor–who showed a smile on the corner of his mouth.

“And I can also understand the rhythm of the music in Khun Luang's heart right now." Dr. Gal said, gaze fixated on the young man–who was as beautiful as those who were described in his literature books.

Along the way, Dr. Gal picked up a jasmine flower before striding towards Luang–who was engrossed with his music practice.

“How are you?”Khun Luang asked.

"Lingering in Khun Luang's heart like his music." The sly doctor teased, before scooting closer towards him.

His eyes were fixated on the soft folds of Khun Luang's face. And the more he lingered on them, the more he was immersed in reverie.

Khun Luang couldn't bear the latter's gaping, and stood up from where he was sitting. Face flush red, and a bit sweating. He didn't dare to meet Dr. Gal's gaze, but the latter grabbed Khun Luang's hands and gave both of them a soft kiss.

"Even the jasmine flowers will get jealous of you. Because my Luang Plaifah's scent is unmatched."The doctor said, and Luang can only let out a chuckle.

“Whatever the doctor says. Now come on, it's dangerous to roam around at this time. And stop flattering me, silly."

"I'm not roaming around, just like what you said. And I'm just telling the truth." The doctor wryly smiled, before gently grazing his hand to brush off the latter's hair. He held his man's hand tightly to his chest, as if he wasn't letting it go anywhere. Those sweet words that came from him weren't the end of it, and he's willing to shower everything for this beautiful man to believe.

“Your hands never left anyones mind too, My King. It was as if those were made to play with those strings over that percussion, and even the strings in my heart.”

"Dr. Gal probably didn't know, this wasn't the first time I've heard these words."Khun Luang scoffed in reply.

"But those weren't the same."
