Grand Theft Heart Robbery

Chapter 7

Today is our final day here in Vegas, so far we've gotten a few things we want to bring back to our families. I grab a big Vegas shirt for Rae and a mug for poki. We also went to the M&M store, I got a few bags just to bring to Rae and her roomies and some for myself as well. Before we went there we went to the Coca Cola store and got a bunch of things as well, I grabbed a few key chains as well. I've grabbed a few shirts for myself from all the different store we've been into just so I have a reminder of Vegas.

I finish packing my suitcase and take them down to the front door, the other two have there's there as well. I can hear them talking in the living area, I listen in quietly to hear what they're saying. "Did you see them take the selfie at hafus?" Tiana asks Nessa. she gasps "no I didn't, oh my god they'd be so cute together" she gushes. I sigh and bite the inside of my lip feeling my heart quicken at the thought of it. I walk in and they stop talking "so hafu said she's coming over with David to say bye, Kylie and syd are also coming to say bye" I say. They both nod then the door bell rings, I jump up and go to open it. Kylie and syd are waiting there "come in come in, hafu and David should be here soon" I tell them.

Nessa and Tiana come in and a few minutes later the door opens a tad and hafu pops her head in "hey" she says. "Come in come in" I say. She opens the door, with her is not only David but Tina. "Tina!" I says excited. She screams in excitement and I hug her. I've also played gartic phone with her too. She's pretty cool, I've been watching her for awhile as well. "Oh my god it's so good to meet you" she says. "Ah I can't believe it's our last day and we're just meeting you" I say. "Yeah I've been streaming" she says. I nod understanding "I get that" I reply. "Oh I heard you met sykkuno" she says. I nod "yeah I think it was our 3rd or 4th day here we ran into hafu, David, Ryan and sykkuno and then hafu had a dinner and he was there" I answer.

We talk for a bit and then they leave, Kylie and syd follow us out of the neighbourhood then we wave goodbye. "Let's stop and get coffee" I say. They nod agreeing, it's only 1pm so we got an early start. I've been awake since 6am and I got out shopping early thankfully they weren't open late. We should get to LA around 5pm and I know Rae will be streaming then, she tweeted earlier that she's streaming valorant starting at 4pm. Poki has kept it to herself this whole time and I'm so glad she has been able to. We get our coffees and something to eat before we're on the road.

I sit in the back and scroll on my phone, sykkuno is about to start streaming GTA so he won't be replying to my texts for awhile but that's okay. "Sooo Eliza, do you like sykkuno?" Nessa asks. "Ummm no he's just a friend" I lie. "I know when you're lying" she says. I sigh "I don't know Nessa, it's complicated" I reply. She looks at me through the mirror and raises her eyebrows "what do you mean?" She asks. "I can't do long distance again, it broke me last time" I answer honestly. She nods understanding, she was there when we broke up. I knew we were going to soon so she came over for awhile just to be there for me.  "perhaps she wasn't the one" she says.

"She obviously wasn't the one, she's now married to the girl she started dating 2 weeks after we broke up" I reply. She sighs "I'm sorry" she says. I sigh and rub my forehead "it's fine" I reply. We sit quietly for a majority of the ride to LA, we only stop a couple times just to use the bathroom or get food. We're just listening to music and not talking, it's a peaceful silence. I lay in the back and scroll through emails and texts, a few from the real estate agent about a house we want to look at when we get back. "Okay so that house we were talking about hasn't been bought yet so we can still look at it when we get back" I let Tiana know. "Okay" she replies focusing on the road.

About an hour later we're finally in LA "Where are we going first" Tiana asks. "Uh Airbnb so I can change into something better and do something with my hair" I answer. She nods and we head to the Airbnb. Once were there we get our suitcases to our rooms, "I'm gonna get ready to go! Are either of you coming?" I ask. "I'll come!" Tiana shouts from her room. "Okay be ready in half an hour" I reply. While I'm refreshing my makeup I put on Rae's stream so I can have something distracting me from my thoughts regarding sykkuno.

There's been a few people asking about me throughout her stream "Eliza is on her way back home to England right now so she's not going to be streaming" she says. I giggle knowing I'm not even out of America yet, she doesn't know what's coming. "Would I have liked to meet her in Vegas? Heck yeah, I heard she met sykkuno so that's cool" she says. I bite the inside of my lip and start singing myself a song. She moves on and the game of valorant she's playing continues. I finish up then head downstairs after grabbing the gifts I brought the girls, my purse and my phone. Tiana has her purse with her and we head out, Nessas typing away on her laptop so I'm guessing she's doing work.

I text poki to let her know that we're on our way, we stop at Starbucks before hand to grab ourselves drinks and the girls a drink as well. We get there as quick as we can, I knock quietly and Imane opens the door and smiles pulling us in. "Come in uh Rae and Janet are both streaming" she lets me know. I nod and hug her going into their living room. Janet's not playing with Rae so I think I might surprise her first hopefully her chat stays quiet. "I have gifts but I'll give them when they're done, should they be done soon?" I ask. She nods "yeah probably half an hour or so" she says. I guess it took us longer than I thought it would take us.

Checking Janet's stream it's just her talking "I'll show her room we've gotta be quiet" she says. I nod tip toeing to Janet's room with her drink in hand. I knock on her door quietly before opening her door, she looks over at me and her eyes widen and I smile walking in quietly. "Here's your starbs" I say. She smiles pulling me into view for chat "look who's here" she says. I smile "shhh don't tell Rae" I tell her chat. They spam with secrets save. "Okay bye chat!" I wave before sneaking off to Rae's room. I check on her stream before going in, she's doing a Reddit recap so this is a perfect time. I knock on her door and hear her "YES?" She says sounding confused.

I smile and open her door and she turns towards me "oh my god!" She yells. I giggle and she pulls me in for a hug "ahh I can't believe you're here" she says. I smile and she's pulled an extra chair over and I sit next to her "hey everyone" I wave at her chat. "I can't believe you're here" she says. I smile "I wanted to surprise you, uh Brooke if you're watching thank you and also thank you Imane for helping out" I say. "They helped you! Oh my god" she says baffled. I laugh "oh right this is yours" I say handing her her drink. She smiles taking a sip happily, "thank you" she says. I smile and sit with her while she does the rest o Reddit recap.

She ends her stream about 20 minutes after surprising her. "I can't believe you're here" she says again. "I know me too, well I'm here for a week we can do whatever" I say. "A week?" She says. I nod "yup! The Airbnb were staying at isn't too far from here" I say. "We?" She asks. I nod giggling "yeah, Tiana and Nessa came with me after Vegas" I answer. We head to the living area and we pull her into a group hug "Imane get in here" I tell her. She laughs joining in "ahh" Rae screams excitedly.

We hangout before going to dinner as a group and spending the night with them before the three of us head to our Airbnb for the rest of the day.
