The End.

As you read from the giant long title of this chapter, here we are, yet again.

All I have to say is wow.

Wow, I'm so amazed that we got this far. That I was even able to muster up the patience, although, it was non-negotiable to finish this series. Once I learned that people wanted a sequel to Dragon of Storms I settled in because I knew I had to finish it.

It feels surreal to be here. I don't think it's fully hit me yet that I'm done (mostly, lol) or if it ever will, but I am so glad to have made it. I've learned so much and I've only just begun giving to you guys.

Before I continue giving I need to tie up a few loose ends like I did in the epilogue-

A word about the epilogue. As I'm writing this, I'm not completely done editing, but as it stands the epilogue is 50 PAGES LONG and I haven't checked Brisktail and Quickclaws' closures yet--

I just wanted to give each of the five dragons their moment to shine, but.... 11, 000 words is a lot-

(This is me just seconds after publishing 1. sorry it's a week late and 2. it is *checks notes* 12, 191 words long. The entire book is 622 pages. Did you know that? I... kind of overdid myself-)

I considered posting the epilogue in five parts, but then, thought better of it since yes it would probably be easier to follow but I didn't want to separate them. I wanted it to feel like one last story through their eyes... complete, at last.

Now, here's what I've been wanting to get to. A little QnA. Usually, I ask you the questions, but since I'm feeling very... hyped I want to do it the other way around. Go on, ask away! There's no limits to how many questions you can ask, so please, go crazy! :3

This wouldn't be a 'the end' chapter if I didn't ask you at least one question ;)

So. Dragon of Peace. I am very content with it so I won't be editing it again, but I just wanted to ask: how did you like it? I hope I delivered everything you wanted.

My other question: I have about 50 different aliases on the internet but I think I finally found one to stick with. The signature I always put at the bottom of my art, TAO, stands for 'the ancient one.' This is less of a question but more of a warning: if I do decide to change my username on here, that's how you'll find me from now on, so  keep an eye out!

Lastly... I just wanted to say thank you. From the bottom of my heart. Some of you are new readers that breezed through four years of my life in a few hours, and others are people that have been there since day one (yeah, I'm looking at you, best friend :P). Thank you for supporting me. Thank you for encouraging me. If you write yourselves, you know how much the smallest, seemingly insignificant comment can do for an author's confidence. Sometimes when I write I worry that I'm not doing the right thing but whenever I post and see your comments about how you loved the chapter, it eases my fears and I worry less as I write or edit the next chapter.

I hope you enjoyed the small video I put together for you. I wanted to thank you properly, and I hope I did well.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you, everyone.

Here's to the end of a four year journey, and the start of many, many more.
