She sits in the dark room surrounded by the tall tall walls looming over her. She starts to move but they come closer. She can't get out. Her breathing is out of control, faster, faster, faster. The curtains shielding her from the happiness she so dearly desires. Her hand reaches out, all her determination is balled up inside this small fist. She strives. 1, 2, 3, jump. It gets further and further away. Everywhere she looks and turns is nothing but darkness. It engulfs her until she can no longer breathe. The littlest bit of light shines through the sheer curtain. The beauty burns on her pale bones. Smoke is coming out of her skin. Crawling up to the window sil, she perches onto it, gazing at what she will never have. The light touching her skin, each and every part of her. She burns into a pile of ashes. What is left blows away, forever a part of the darkness.
