Well it's a cute ship and I used to ship it, I still do but not that much, well they are an cute innocent ship but I would say it kinda semi my OTP, but Midoriya seems to be aiming for Num 1 Hero like the others and Uraraka is aiming to help her family, and it seems that he needs to focus on becoming the No 1 Hero and All Might's Successor, but Uraraka admits that she like Deku as well, do ya remember the scene when Mina seems that she has a special boy on her mind and she denied it and floated only to see Deku and hearts were forming, but also the time when she said that hse has to hide these emotions away and aim for her goal, that part almost made me cry, cause 1 that isn't good for mental health and I know how that feels, lemme say it isn't that good. And Deku seems to get a lot of the girls attention and remember when he bumped into Mei and her boobs were near his face and Uraraka and Deku priceless reaction made me laugh so much.ヾ(≧▽≦*)o
they have a lot in common and I could see them as a couple in Mha and it may be canon so I have hopes for them, but I don't ship it that much...
So I semi-Ship it, 4/10
