The Only Way - TS - Part 1

Hey guys, I am back with another story based on current track. Hope you all will like it.

I got this idea after watching episode of 21st May 2021, where Prachi was looking so lonely and hiding her pain behind the smile. My heart really went out to her.

Prachi was looking at her so-called family getting ready to leave for short trip. They all were very excited. Finally they had proven Abhi innocent in Tanu's fake rape case and Ranbir-Rhea marriage date was fixed. It was to happen after 10 days. Rhea expressed her wish for a small family trip with Ranbir & her would be in-laws, before marriage.

Khanna family had already left for Delhi last night. Dida, dasi and Mitali also left with them to make wedding preparations, being under impression that Prachi would also go on picnic. But Rhea didn't want that and her parents agreed, obviously. Had they refused her ever?

So it was decided that Prachi would stay in farm-house for 2 days and then they all would go back to Delhi together. Abhigya, Pallavi and Vikram were ready to leave. Prachi wished them half-heartedly and left for her room, not wanting to face either Ranbir or Rhea.

She had just started keeping her clothes in suitcase, when Rhea barged in.

Rhea: So, Prachi, bata diya sab ko mera sach? Ya phir haar maan li tumne?

Prachi was silent, not having anything to say.

Rhea: Kya hua? Aaj kuch bol nahi rahi ho...parso to badi badi baatein kar rahi thi. Waise kuch hai hi nahi tumhare paas bolne ke liye, Right? Ranbir bhi tumhari baat nahi sun raha, tumse door bhag raha hain, right? Dekha maine. Tum Ranbir se baat karne ki koshish kar rahi ho, and he is just ignoring you. Wo to tumhare aas paas bhi nahi rehna chahta. Pata hain kyon? Kyonki usne bhi humare rishte ko accept kar liya hain. And being a 'one woman man', he is keeping distance from you, as he loves only me.

Before Prachi could say anything they heard Abhigya calling Rhea as they were getting late.

Rhea: Well, I have to leave now, Prachi. My family is waiting for me, you know. I just came to say goodbye. Aur ek raaz ki baat bhi batani thi tumhe. Tum jo dhoondh rahi ho na, wo tumhe kabhi nahi milega. Kyonki maine aur bhuji ne Maya ke case ke sare suboot mita diye hain. To tum apna waqt barbaad mat karo. Tum kabhi ye sabit nahi kar paogi ki Maya ko Ranbir par jhootha case karne ke liye maine kaha tha.

Prachi closed eyes to control her anger.

Rhea: Anyways, main chalti hoon. I am going to enjoy my trip with my Ranbir and you keep brooding here alone. Bye, bye, my dear sister...

Rhea left giving Prachi a devilish grin. Prachi sighed and sat down on her bed dejectedly. After some time, she got up to resume her packing, when her phone started ringing.

Shahana: Prachi, thank god finally tune mera phone utha liya. 2 din se tujhse baat karne ki koshish kar rahi hoon. Masi ko call karu to wo chudail Rhea phone uthake kaat deti hain...Kya chal raha hain ye?

Prachi: Hmm...

Shahana: Hmm? Prachi, tu sun bhi rahi hai ki nahi? Aur ye teri awaj ko kya ho gaya? Why are you sounding so low? Teri tabiyat to thik hain na?

Prachi: Main thik hoon, Shahana. How are you? Aur Beeji kaisi hain ab?

Shahana: I am fine. Beeji is much better now.

Prachi: Good. Main aa hi rahi hoon Hoshiyarpur kuch din baad...

Shahana: Kya? Ye kya keh rahi hain?
