Chapter XVII: "Sacrifice"

Iida: "Come on, everyone!!" he goes on full throttle, chasing Yaoyorozu

All the students follow Iida. Bloodshot is almost at the location, quickly gliding and jumping

Bloodshot: "Come on!! You can do this!!"

{ Present }

Bloodshot remembers the location and goes there. It's inside a Warehouse, near the ocean. He walks in and finds it, counting down

Bloodshot: "Oh my god..." he pulls it out of the warehouse, and tries to disarm it.

Yaoyorozu: "Kia!" she yells and runs to him

Bloodshot: "Yaoyorozu..." he smiles and tries to disarm it still

Yaoyorozu: "C-Can you disarm it??"

Bloodshot: "No... but..." he looks at the ocean and the bomb

Yaoyorozu: W-What is it? H-How do we stop it??" she said while worried

Bloodshot has no choice but he starts pulling the bomb to a boat. Yaoyorozu realizes what's gonna do.

Bloodshot: "Yaoyorozu, I want to tell you something..." said as hes close to the boat

Yaoyorozu: "No, Kia. Don't do it..." she said while tearing up, and hugs him tight

Bloodshot: "I love you..." said while hugging her back, then kisses her

Yaoyorozu: kisses him back and holds him tight "I love you too but.... please don't go..." while tearing up more

Bloodshot: "I'm sorry, Momo..." he pushes her and gets on the boat, starts the engine

Yaoyorozu: "Kia, no! Don't-" when she was about to get in, she got stopped by her friends

Uraraka: "Yaomomo, don't!" said while holding her arm tight

Jirou: "She's right, Yaomomo..." said while holding her other arm tight too

Yaoyorozu: "Kia!!!" she yells and starts crying

Bloodshot looks back while Yaoyorozu is crying, I sighed and speeded up, going far away. The bomb is less than 30 seconds away.

He stopped because he was far enough away and looked at the city, thinking about the heroic things he did and spending time with Yaoyorozu, he smiled.

Bloodshot: "Well, i guess this is it..." he smiled and sat down, closes his eyes, ready to say goodbye

Yaoyorozu and the other students saw a bright light far away, and a large smoke.

As Yaoyorozu saw the explosion, she kneels down, looks down, cries a bit more. The Students are shocked and hug her.

Yaoyorozu: "KIA!!!!!"

Uraraka: "It's okay, Yaoyorozu." said while she hugs her

Midoriya: "He had to do what he had to do..." he sighs

She cried more while her friends and classmates kept her. Yaoyorozu is still crying in pain.

A Few Hours later...

A bird gets covered in some tendrils, infected, it slowly shows bone, organs, and skin. It reveals Kia, in his casual way.

Kia: coughing and looks around "W-What... happened?" he looks at his hands

While he starts walking home, he then remembers something in his head before the explosion. In his mind, Alex said something about more people like him, others having the Virus as well.

Kia has no choice, but to pretend to stay dead, not get seen by any of Yaoyorozu's friends. He starts running back home, covering his face.

As he gets back home, he packs his stuff. Has 2 bags, starts walking away, finding a nice apartment to stay in.

Kia's mind: "I'm sorry, Momo. I have to hide away from you or anyone else..."

He found one, rented it, put his bags down, and laid down on the bed. Thinking of what to do, planning about attacking the other people with the Virus. He slowly falls asleep,
