What if Alex mercer didn't pass the virus to James Heller, but he passes it to Kia Ongaku, a student who always gets bullied from school, because he's Quirkless. Let's see h...
Kia does his morning routine still, then checks his phone. He then remebers seeing Yaoyorozu last night, with Todoroki. Nothing on the news. After a minute of doing nothing. He got an idea.
Kia is on desk, sketching his new costume. A lot of sketches. He first sketches himself wearing a hoodie, a leather jacket with red wings on the back.

He smiles and sketches more until he finds his perfect costume. While sketching, he thinks of Yaoyorozu.
A Few minutes later....
He was done sketching, and found a perfect temporary costume. He thinks of his costume like Alex Mercer, but different.

Kia: "Now all the villains.... are afraid of me..." he then chuckles
He then heard a buzz on his phone he checks it, then it says that there 2 villains on the loose and caught them on camera.
He starts wearing the costume and goes out on a patrol again. He smiles, returning as a vigilante again but a bit different.
As he was fighting, All the villains were afraid of Kia, because of his outfit looking like Alex mercer.
Villain #1: "Run!!"
Villain #2: "Wait for me-" Before he could finish, he got cut off by Kia.
Mercer: "Nope!" He flips the 2nd villain, and cuts him in half.

Villain #1: "NO!!" he then takes out a grenade launcher, fires it at Mercer

Mercer quickly blocks the explosion with his Blade. Runs and jumps on the car, and cuts the 1st villain in half. He was panting and notices some Pro heroes were running up to him.
Endeavour: "Stop!!"
Eraser: "You're under arrest!!"
Mercer: "Not this time..." he leaps high and glides fast
While Kia got away, the Pro heroes investigated the incident. They were shocked to see the bodies of 2 villains, cut in half.
Eraser: "Oh god..."
Mt. Lady: "I-I think i'm gonna be sick..." she said while covering her mouth
Endeavour: "Jesus.... Why would he do this...."
Eraser: "I don't know..."
Edge Shot: "You think this guy could be a.... villain killer?"
Endeavor: "Geez... Another stain...."
Mt. Lady: "That's scary!"
Eraser: "Yeah. But for now, let's find out who's this guy first...."
Back to Kia, who is on top of the building again, looking around the city.
Kia: "2 Virus. 1 Alex. 1 Dead. and I was there. My name is Kia Ongaku... and my work is almost done."
