It's Time

Now it was time for the U.A sports festival. Multiple people, mostly civilians, are seen walking inside the big stadium, all ready to see the next generation of heroes.

While the students are seen waiting for them to be called out, hyping themselves up, some trying to calm their nerves, while one boy, our young vigilante is seen leaning on a wall, eyes closed, arms crossed, whiles his earbuds are plugged in, he's currently trying to keep his excitement from spilling, trying to calm the fast beat of his heart, but that didn't really work because somebody decided to interrupt him

"Midoriya" was instantly heard by everyone in the room "objectively I'm stronger than you, but it seems a lot of the teachers know who you are, even all might is interested in you, I don't know what your connections with him, but I'll beat you" the young todoroki said impassively as always, her soft glare directed at izuku

"Declaring a war as well todoroki?" Izuku said, slightly opening his right eye, while his left is still closed "like I said to that gen Ed student, don't wage a war that your clearly  unprepared for" izuku just goes back to vibing to some childish Gambino

While Shoko's soft glare, instantly turned to an ice-cold one, but she couldn't push it more, Because Kirishima decided to calm down the two before anything can go down, but the pomeranian, gremlin hybrid started to scream at Shoko, saying she declared war on the wrong person and all that bakugou bullshit

"Hey Midori," mina softly said, pony, and the yaoyorozu heiress, in tow "you are okay izuku?" Pony asked, standing up on her tippy toes, she started tapping the young vigilante on the shoulder

Izuku takes off his earbuds, and looks at the three "yeah, I'm okay" he said with a soft smile "just trying to keep calm is all"

"I'm looking forward to competing against you... Izuku" momo said, still not use to calling izuku his given name

Izuku smiles at that "I'm looking forward to competing against you as well momo" he said with that ever so bright million-watt smile

'No fair... He calls her by her given name... While he just calls me pink, THAT'S LITERALLY THE COLOR OF MY SKIN!' mina pouts, feeling like she's being left behind

"You okay there pink?" Izuku asked, seeing mina pout

Mina just goes back to reality "oh, yeah! I'm just thinking about something" she says looking to the side

"A yen for your thoughts?" Izuku said moving a little closer to her and tilting his head to get a better look at mina's face

Mina just eyes him and says "oh, nothing," she said, looking elsewhere once again "it's just, you call tsunotori by her given name, same with yao-momo" she keeps glancing at izuku, to see what his reaction will be

"Oh" was izuku's intellectual response "Do you want me to call you mina?" He said looking at his friend

Mina just hums, while momo is just blushing that mina pointed out they call each other by their given names, while pony is not getting all of it because she's still not good at Japanese

"Oh, okay then mina" izuku smirks "I just thought you liked that I call you pink because you know, you were the first one in this school that I gave a nickname to." izuku said, but continues "and if you want me to call you mina, I want you to call me izuku in return"

Mina just blushed 'I don't even call kiri by his given name' she thought, blushing harder

"Sure....I-i-izuku" she stuttered 'WHY DID YOU STUTTER??!!!' She complains internally

"Ohoho!" Izuku did a cat face "Is the outgoing mina, just a shy girl after all?" He teased

While mina just looks away, blushing, momo was looking at the two amused seeing her friends interact with one another, and feeling something in her chest 'Must me the nerves' she thought
