Sapphire's pov

"lunch time. Do u wanna eat somewhere?"

He asked me habang inuubos ko ang kape ko.

"No..I need to Go back. Baka kasi pasukin yung room ko Don"

"Hatid na kita?"

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko. Halos mabulunan nalang ako sa narinig ko.

"You...speak Tagalog?"

"You didn't know, I guess. My dad Is a half Filipino man. And yeah I know"

Napayuko ako sa sinabi niya. All this time I was speaking Tagalog I thought he couldn't understand. Shutangina Sapphire sana lamunin ka nalang ng lupa

"Oh and btw..walang langgam ang kape dito"

"Ha?"

He chuckled and took his bag out of the store.

"Putangina naman saf" bulong ko sa sarili ko habang sumusunod kay Gio

"You really don't have an Idea that I actually understood all of the Tagalog words that you told me, huh?"

I nodded awkwardly at binilisang maglakad.

"Wag..baka madapa ka"

He pulled My shoulder bag as a way of pulling me near him.

"I can handle myself" I confronted him

"Handle yourself e hindi mo nga mahalata that I can really understand you"

"Oo na nga! I was slow okay? Happy?"

He rolled his eyes and laughed

"Stupid" he murmured.

I crossed My arms and walked faster.

"I told you..baka madapa ka"

He held My hand this time habang patawid kami

"Ikaw lang naman takot sa crowd, I can handle myself, uulitin ko lang"

"I'm not afraid of the crowd when I'm with you"

Napatingin ako sakanya

"Saf! stop looking at me"

He pulled My waist as I looked beside me

Bobo muntik na pala akong mabangga

I laughed and looked at him.

"Sorry Gio. Gago akala ko mamamatay nako" I laughed loudly

He arched his eyebrows and looked away

"You almost died tapos tumatawa kapa"

Seryoso niyang sabi.

"Sorry naman happy lang"

I fixed myself and waited for him to move.

"What's your favorite color?" He asked again

"Alam mo If you really want to know me, work on it. I'm not that type of girl na sasabihin sayo straightly ang favorite things in life ko. i need the effort"

He sighed "dami mong alam"

"Edi wag mong alamin, ganon lang yon"

He chuckled and pulled me.

"I Will..I'll know everything about you in ways that I can"

I smiled and looked away secretly.

"wear your smile, Saf. Ang ganda mo"

he walked pass me at nagpatuloy lang sa paglalakad

Sumunod lang ako habang tahimik siyang naglalakad
