George Lusk wasn't happy.
He read the news about the London Ripper was still on the loose. He shook his head, as he met with the other Vigilance Committee members.
"It has come to my attention that the London Ripper who was a Polish-Russian Jew, was not the killer. He did beat up prostitutes; he did have have sex with them. And he was known as 'Leather Apron'. Now I know that we made mistakes, but we're going to fix it...And arrest the right man", George said, as he sat down on a black colored chair, as he waited for the other members' response.

Home Secretary Henry Matthews, and Joseph Aarons, the Treasurer, spoke up.
"George, let's send a letter to the Daily Telegraph...And we can warn all of the women of London to be careful when they go out at night".
"Agree. If Scotland Yard can't find the phantom, then we will". George said. And he didn't smile, when they discussed arresting London's serial killer in Whitechapel and The East End of town.
