So basically if you touch anyone you can erase their memories or create fake ones, if you use it too much then your nose starts to bleed and you eventually pass out, it takes a lot of your energy to erase an entire mind and it has to be done over a course of many days so yuh that's you quirk 👩🏻‍🦯

So the story pretty much starts off when your at your first day at UA and then you find which class your in and talk to the people and stuff so yuh
