She was still shocked. Shocked of how the events have took such a drastic turn. Shocked at how she went from becoming a mere lawyer who was fighting for her secretary's sister's rape case to becoming biologically connected to Mumbai City's one of the oldest major gang's last remaining property's Chairwoman, a position which was decided to given her from her birth.
It's weird and crazy how her destiny brought her here as a normal employee, in the law firm which she owns without knowing how this firm was going to get messily entangled with her life, in the future.
'Was her being here just a coincidence, or a game of the fate...?'
Whatever it is, it was for sure that this game of coincidence or fate which took turn into a game of Revenge, have went from becoming sweet to bitter for her.
How she can defend or even stand in front of the court as a lawyer who is related to the case. How can she even look in the eyes of the victim knowing that the crimes which happened was because of her. It was because of her as the power of the position was the reason behind the crimes filled with severity of several people.
Yes, it's not at all her fault as she was unknown to all of this. She have been protected by this cruel truth by her parents who took care of her since her birth, but what's point of it now when the truth is out at the worst possible time...?
Let's be realistic and think, the case was soo close for her to win, but her being descendant of Ravin Gang itself can make her fall down on the face, forget about the revelation where the public will came to know that she is the Chairwoman of the Law Firm.
That revelation would strip down all her efforts and dignity as she would be centre of all the chaos.
Laughing at how the situation got reversed from her being in the advantage to her being the reason of her own disadvantage, she sat down on the chair of her cabin with her head in her hands.
Anyone entering through doors, would see and even feel how defeated she was. It looked as if she almost gave up the case but no one would guess how still, inside her brain, she was thinking of getting out of this situation would any victims getting harmed.
She was thinking of how to turn the tables again because if the situation have given such a bad time by overturning every single hook, then she could also do the same and turn all over again in her favour.
She might have definitely lost in the terms of many things, but she still have determination and with that determination, she is ready to fight until she dies.
