I don't own Percy Jackson or the Avengers

One week later....Today's the day! Camp Half-Blood, here I come! Also, the prank party is today. I checked, there is enough alcohol to have everybody drunk enough for me to escape. I run my hands through my hair, only to find an eggshell I missed in my hasty shower after last night's food fight. I think back to dinner....
I walk into the common room, holding my tube of cinnamon roll dough, custom made guacamole catapult, and tomato sauce. The cinnamon rolls are for me to eat. An egg is lobbed at my head, only for me to duck and have it hit Wanda. "Pietro, your aim is terrible!", she cries. "So's your FACE!", he retorts. He's holding about five cartons of eggs. The fight goes on for thirty minutes, and I manage to make my cinnamon rolls while getting eggs and broccoli thrown at me. I toss one to Peter, and he catches it in his mouth! The second, I throw to Wanda, who misses it, but catches it with her magic. The fight ends after Tony gets hit in the mouth with an egg. Weakling.
Ahh, a good flashback. I stroll into the common room, to find Pietro and Clint playing Mario Kart. Clint is winning, from the looks of it. But Pietro makes a comeback, and passes the finish line, and Clint yells, "COME ON! I HAD THAT ONE!". "Really? A. BANANA PEEL got you out!", Pietro retorts.
"Hey, Cass. Are you all right? You seemed pretty messed up after the funeral yesterday.", Pietro asks. That happened yesterday as well. Nothing eventful. Mom's best friend made a speech, along with me and Jess, and Rachel. Jess's speech was almost entirely made up by Olivia. She pretty much speaks through Jess when there's people around who don't know ASL. They've known each other longer than I have. I think they were online friends before this year.
"Uhh, yeah, I guess. Bit shaken, I came home and then an EGG was lobbed at my head!", I say.
I leave them to bicker. The prank cake team is waiting in the kitchen, and Peter is holding a suspicious brown bag. "Hey, what's in the bag?", I ask. "Garlic, onions, barbecue sauce, strawberry jam, and chocolate cake mix. Also, vanilla frosting.", Peter answers. Peter looks uncomfortable to be there, but Wanda said earlier that she and him are the only ones here besides Steve that can cook.
We get down to business. Wanda chops the veggies while I make the cake mix, and Peter struggles to make the frosting look normal, because we put Greek yogurt in there. We add the onions and stuff to the cake mix, it's chopped so fine it can pass for green and white sprinkles. In the oven our monstrosity goes. "So, what's living here like?", I ask. "Pranks, games, occasional missions, and a civil war once in a blue moon. Fun, unless you're on the losing side, which I almost was on.", Wanda says. Peter looks to the side.
The oven timer dings, and Tony walks in with two cakes. I get the prank cake out of the oven, and Peter starts to frost it. We put barbecue sauce and strawberry jam as filling. The jam is made from strawberries from camp, but they don't have to know that. "Why two cakes?", Wanda asks. "One to push his face into, and one to actually eat.", he replies. I will NEVER call him dad, ever. That honor went to my stepdad, who was basically a living angel. No way am I gonna call someone who abandoned me for 16 years, my father. More like an acquaintance than anything.
Besides, I've always hated his guts. You don't just make a world-killing AI and get away with it, but he did! Meanwhile, my friend Derek got arrested for simply being at a party where the police chief's daughter got drunk, and he got stuck in jail for two weeks. He hadn't touched a drop of the stuff! Something about supplying alcohol, but I saw him leave his house, and he didn't have anything on him except his phone!
