CHAPTER 3

Manik reached a hotel and rushed inside ...he reached outside a room where police officers were standing ....and DO NOT ENTER police tape were placed......he walked inside with slow steps...his heart was beating very fast and increasing by every step....

The room was all burned and saw a girl lying her half body is burned....

"Sir due to short circuit...it caught fire...and they died due to excess smoke..."

Officer said manik fisted his hands to control his cries...tears rolled from his eyes...he walked towards the dead body...which  was  lying near the bed .....he sat near her and cupped  her face...."Nikita wake up see your manik is here ...uh forgot about our date..wake up baby..."he said slowly.. He tapped her cheeks "Nikita.....nikita.....Nikita " he was calling her name again and again and by each word his verge of crying was increasing  at last he  shouted "NIKITAAA" and hugged her and cried his heart out....

But his eyes fell on her hand she was holding someone hand already...it was on the otherside of bed slowly he stood up and he walked towards the owner of hand and saw a boy ...their hands were entwined...he bent down and tried to seperate their hnds...but they were entwined with each other..."Nikita leave his hand why are uh holding his hand and what were uh doing with him"Manik said trying to seperate their hands...he left the struggle and whispered again "What were she doing with him....?..she toh have meeting"

Reality struck him "Nikita was cheating on me..". He murmered

" Nikita was cheating on me..."he sequeled

"Nikta uh were cheating on me " he said looking towards her dead body...

" Nikita u were cheating on me ......how could u ....how could u Nikita "he spoke and cupped her face angrily and shook her " How could u do this to me huh ....i loved u... I trusted u nd u......speak up ...speak up why u did this....speak up damn it"he was going out of control he was shouting continueosly "How could uh ...huh" somehow police make him separated from her body and make him sit "how could u Nikita "... He palmed his face and cried

On otherside :

Nandini reached there she with slow steps walked towards Namik body...and and sat beside him she kept his head on her lap...and was staring at his face ...which was pale..tears were rolling down her eyes..." Ma'am.. They died due to inhaling smoke..."he said...."And...they......they were having an affair"Nandini looked towards the officer and then towards their entwined hands...she withdrew her hands from his face "Namik .....u cant do this to me its all lie na" she was not ready to accept the fact....but all the proofs were showing that thet were having an affair which she too cant deny "Namik uh cant do this" she was murmuring and crying bitterly

Manik was lost in his thoughts when he heard her cries....she looked towards her. "Namik u cant do this"she was sobbing...

For a moment manik got lost in. jer innocense.. Her plumpy pink shivering lips...her big dough eyes which was red...her small cute red nose

"No no Manik what the hell is wrong with u ?" He asked himself and walked outside for getting some fresh air.... Whereas Nandini was crying inside...
