NOVEMBER 23. 2017.

Omamori.

Japan's culture happens to include many omamori, or charms, as most would call them, and Tokugawa Daisuke had been on the receiving end of many that were given to him as gifts.  Shortly after his encounter with a certain Nakano, he had even sought after them himself, as a matter of fact.  Specifically, a relationship charm.  He had hoped that getting one would give him luck in one day reuniting with her, and it seemed that after years after getting it and fondly holding onto it, it had finally worked out.

But enough of that, Daisuke needed luck in another part of his life today.

It was currently 10 in the morning, and Daisuke was standing outside the door of a dark blue shop, on the shop front, the store's name can be seen, 'Iori Bakery.'

Iori was the name of the bakery that his father had inherited from his parents, before it had to be shut down due to his untimely death.  Today, however, Daisuke's mother had finally managed to be declared healthy enough to reopen it.

'And...open.'

He flipped the store's sign from 'closed' to 'open.'  Despite his mother being cleared for weeks at this point, she decided that today was the perfect day to reopen, after all, it was Labor Thanksgiving Day.  Iori used to be a huge hit back in the day, so its reopening would have made a lot of buzz, and she had figured that it would be a great opportunity for people to visit the shop.

His uncle and old man Sojiro had even been prepared to send their customers to Iori.  After all, Leblanc didn't sell sweets of their own.  Even Honoka, his little sister, was prepared to help the store.  She wasn't exactly a talented baker, but today, since she had a day off from school, she had planned to visit later with her friends.  With everyone working so hard, Daisuke felt that he had to do the same.

'It's been awhile since I baked...I don't even know how to make some of the stuff from the old menu, but luckily we still have the ingredients that grandma gave us a couple weeks ago...'

He went back into the store and walked to the back to get ready.  His mother was already behind the counter ready to take orders, and a lot of pre-made deserts were already made in advance and were on display.  He put on his apron and tied his hair as the grand re-opening of 'The Greatest Bakery in the Prefecture', Iori came under way.

"INAAAAAAAA~"

A loud voice can be heard throughout the streets of the Aichi Prefecture of Japan.  A handful of students can be seen hanging out on their day off.  A brunette was waving her hand frantically at a black haired girl across the street.

When the light turned green, she immediately burst across the street, and ran straight into the black haired girl, with her arms tightened around her waist.

"I missed you so much!"

Ina shook her head before returning the hug, and giving her slow pats on the head.

"We still had school yesterday though, Oichi...?"

Saito looks up from the hug and gives Ina a determined look.

"Any minute without you is suffocating."

"...Right.  What do we have planned today?"

The shorter girl pouted before standing up and looking up the plans she made last night on her phone.
