It was 10 am and Lizzie still wasn't awake yet. She was normally up way before you so you just assumed she had a long day at work and needed some extra sleep. You started reading a book while waiting for your girlfriend to wake up. You read for a good 30 minutes and started to get bored. When you saw Lizzie still wasn't up, you decided to make her breakfast in bed.

You sat the book on the night stand beside your bed as quietly as you could not wanting to wake your girlfriend. You slid out of the room and made your way to the kitchen.

You took out the ingredients to make pancakes, eggs, and bacon. You also took out fruit to make her a mini fruit bowl. You turned on Ingrid Goes West because that was your favorite movie your girlfriend was in and you wanted something to look at. The pancakes were cooking when you started scrambling your eggs. Once the eggs and pancakes were finished cooking you started frying the bacon. As the bacon was frying you walked down the hall back to your room. You quietly peeked in just to see if Lizzie was still sleeping. You smiled to yourself when you saw her peacefully sleeping on the bed.

You made your way back to the kitchen just as the bacon finished and put everything on a plate. You then make her a fruit bowl with strawberries, pineapples, and blueberries. You got her a cup of orange juice and put everything on a tray. You took the tray in the room and sat down right beside Lizzie.

"Lizzie, wake up." You said loud enough to wake her.

"Huh?" She asked jumping up out of her slumber.

"I made you breakfast!" You said innocently with a smile on your face.

"Aww thank you." She said taking the tray with a tired smile.

"Of course, you seemed really tired so I just wanted to do something for you." You said with a smile."Well I'm going to shower and get ready for today, so I'll let you eat." You said getting up.

"Okay baby, thanks again." She replied.

"You're welcome!" You yelled from the bathroom.

-30 minutes later-

As soon as you walk out the bathroom Lizzie runs up to you and kisses you. You jump at her fast movement but immediately kiss her back. You taste the strawberries she just ate not too long ago. Just as you were going to pull away she deepened the kiss. You smiled against her lips and backed her up until she was laying on the bed. You were now on top of her staring into her beautiful green eyes.

"What was that for?" You asked smiling.

"That was my thank you for the breakfast." She said smiling back at you.

"Well I might have to make you breakfast in bed every morning if thats the reward." You say laughing. Lizzie laughs and then kisses you once more before you get off of her and tell her to get ready for the day.
