Chapter 4

Time went by, for you it felt painfully slow. Mostly because Eobard made it his job to constantly make advances on you. At first you thought he was just trying to get a reaction, but now you weren't so sure. The mark of his trial rolled around. Which brought relief. Once he was gone you could get some much needed peace. With Eobard it just felt like babysitting. Much to your irritation.

"So my trial is over. I'm free to leave."

"Yep, but remember, any funny business and poof, no more you. Got it."

"I do."

Truth is you can't wait to get rid of him. He's been causing too many stutters in your heart. None that you really wish to explore. You're a celestial being. Eobard isn't. You can't allow whatever this is. Right now though, he gives no signal of elation. You thought he'd be a little more enthusiastic to say the least. But you got nothing. He didn't even take off in a sprint like you thought he would. 

"What's your deal, I was sure you'd be shooting fireworks right about now. What gives?"

"I'd like to make love to you." You sputtered.

"E-EXCUSE ME!!"

"You're a very powerful being. I'm a man attracted to power. Emitted from a woman, that's even better. The only logical solution to ensure I remain virtuous as you so beautifully put it is for me to find another outlet. Thereby my request to fuck you senseless." you stumble back in alarm. This was some sick joke, another plan to get into your head.

"I-I don't know what you're playing at! Do you really want me to banish you to dust?"

"From your past statement I don't think your older sister would appreciate that." You frown. He was right. Technically you'd already sealed that deal. If harm came upon him it would upset her. Especially since you were the one who convinced her to give him a second chance.

"W-When I get back you better be gone!" You stormed out the house, off to STAR Labs. That really startled you. 

"I-I'm actually blushing." Eobard must have been messing with you.

"Crazy human."

The entire day you were distracted. You couldn't stop thinking about what he'd said. This was unheard of. Never in your life had a human made such a bold declaration, a speedster of all beings. Was he under the impression that your abilities were transferable? If that was his play he was wrong. The more you thought about it the hotter you got. 

"What the hell.." 

Your lower region was starting to ache. Rubbing your thighs together, you tried to elevate the feeling, but it seemed to make it worse. You whine, shifting in your chair.

It's foolish that you have to sneak into your own home, but the last thing you want to do is to run into Eobard. "Welcome back (Y/N)." you jump back. He's standing right behind you. Creating some distance, you're glaring.

"Didn't I tell you to leave."

"Why would I do that? I already told you what I desire. "

"W-Well news flash you aren't gonna get it! You can't obtain my abilities by h-having sex with me! Whatever plan you're brewing, it won't work."

Eobard's eyes scan your body. 

"That was never my intention, but thank you for the information." That azure gaze has you once again shifting. 

"You've never had sex before, have you?"

The color that graces your cheek is enough to light up the room.

"SHUT UP!! Know your place, I'm a superior being. I don't have time for such human affairs!"

"I'm starting to wonder if you truly know what sex is." His remarks are just making the situation worse.

"O-Of course I know what sex is I've been alive since the dawn of time!!" Eobard smirked.

"It appears your job has left you ignorant to the pleasures of this world. " You swallow at the way he circles your body. 

"You're still the same scumbag anyway, y-you just want me for my body. That's the worst reason to be with someone."

"If I truly was only after sex do you think I'd settle for a celestial virgin?"

"Hey!"

Eobard is still smiling, standing in front of you. 

"We've been sharing a space for a year and I have to say I don't absolutely detest your company. You've also been doing this job of yours quite diligently. If there's something I admire, it's an ambitious woman. You've been on this earth for centuries yet you stayed on task. Never allow emotions of any kind to get in the way of it. That must have been difficult, especially since you care so dearly for Barry and his cheer squad."

Clearing your throat, you raise your chin. 

"If you think flattery is going to get you what you want you're mistaken. " 

You say that but secretly you like the praise he gives. No one has truthfully acknowledged your work. It's your responsibility, so it's not like you expect recognition. Still, it was nice to get some.

"I'm in no rush. We're going to be together for a long time. I can wait." 

It's the teasing light in his eyes that has you struggling.
