Steel gray, black, stained white, billowy flow of faint orange dwindling in the wind.
The nightcrawled city blurs by the window, I hear the song
Gentle fluid seeping through my ears
Taming the wildfires inside my head
And around my seat
Where the world and my ears
Tact in an infinitesimal spaceI breathe out and it goes,
The mist fogs up the scene-shifting glass
Two lightbulbs shut in the dark,
Time flies out of my mouth
And I feed my lungs with the infinite capsule of air around meOxygen
A poison that ascends you through life
To live on and see the daylight---a frozen fate
That breaks once the process stops.
