here's some things you should add to your script!

looks and history:

Family background
Name
Age
Height/weight
Job
Hair colour
Style
Eye colour

health and mental health

things I have that I think are necessary
that when you leave your dr, time will freeze

A SAFE WORD OR ACTION. i will not hesitate you NEED one of these.

how long in your cr = how long in your dr

you can't die

your family can't die

you can't get injured/high pain tolerance

that you smell something when you get close to shifting

you don't get your period/can't get pregnant/is on birth control (for anyone who has a uterus)

that your subconscious will fill in anything missing in your dr

no racism/homophobia/sexism etc
