Season 1 Quinn and Puck aren't together they just said they are so Quinn wouldn't look bad:
"Uhh Mr. Schue I have something I'd like to sing" Says Finn
"Go for it Finn the floor is yours" Says Mr. Schue and Finn goes to the drums and plays

"I've missed you so much" Says Quinn
"I've missed you too Q move back with me my mom said it was okay we could even raise her there I don't have to be half of her Genetic Makeup to be her dad I just have to be there and I want to be there" Says Finn
"You sure?" Ask Quinn
"Yes I'm sure" Says Finn
