It's been a few days since Ellory has seen Draco. She knew he was there as she'd heard footsteps from the neighbouring room and seen food missing from the fridge, but he'd been avoiding her.
She was beginning to worry.
He'd only been eating packets of instant noodles and the occasional apple. Sure, she had greater things to worry about.
Her health- both mental and physical.
Her own lack of nutrition.
Her plans for the future.
But she didn't spend much time thinking about the future. Mostly because she didn't see herself having one.
She knew that if she were to continue her current habits she'd be dead by summer of the next year, and she didn't really mind that.
But...
she'd made a promise. She promised herself that she'd stay strong, that she'd heal, that she'd be happy again.
And her stupid Gryffindor pride wouldn't let her back down from her seemingly impossible challenge.
Her thoughts were seized by an abrupt knocking on her door.
"Yes?" she called out.
"I invited Blaise and Pansy over so sort yourself out and I invited StClaire to come and check on you. I- uh-I also made food for you to eat." she heard him mumble before walking back into his bedroom.
It was obvious that he'd noticed her eating patterns were just as bad as his.
She got up and walked out of her room for the first time in a while and trudged to the kitchen.
Once she reached the marble counter top she looked around for any trace of food but couldn't find any.
"There." a voice called from behind her. She turned around and saw Draco pointing to the microwave.
He was wearing his basic attire, only his shirt was partially unbuttoned and untucked and his blazer was no where in sight.
She looked up at his face and skimmed over his features.
