I had landed and stepped out of the carriage walking up the steps to be greeted by Professor McGonagall. I greet her and shake her hand then I am lead inside to a hallway where I am told to stand for a few minutes and am handed some black robes to change into.

Hello there I say to the girl that gracefully walked out of the carriage.
She kindly replied with a good afternoon and shook my hand
Then I lead her to a corridor with a bathroom and told her the stay here for a few minutes then gave her some black robes to change into

I changed into the black robes and sat down. I heard a loud voice say and this year we have a new student entering year 6 Miss Y/n Delacour.
In a matter of seconds, Professor McGonagall came In and lead me into the greathall
I walked up to the stool feeling all eyes on me as I walk and sit down
The sorting hat was placed on my head pushing my y/h/c hair down
