(yes I realize this isn't a band but yoloswag)
queen. honestly an amazing artist. now I know the first two bands were sort of on the heavy side but to those musical lightweights out there, this is your time to shine. so florence + the machine is sort of soul like she fits in with lana del rey and marina and the diamonds (hint hint future update maybe) which are really great. the music is just so melodic and calming honestly and it's just everything music should be. no light is a pretty good song by her and also what the water gave me (water gave me life).
