Game On (Amphibia Marcy x Reader)

Three Months In

((Y/n) POV)

It's been 3 months since the disappearance of Marcy, Anne, and Sasha. I won't lie it's been hard and I miss Marcy. She was the first person I cared about and she cared about me.

I've been investigating my friend's disappearance secretly of course. I don't want anybody stopping me and I won't rest till I find them. So I went to talk to Marcy's parents well I went to all my friends' parents, but the only ones who gave me important info were Marcy's parents. They told me that Mr. Wu got a job out of state and they had to move. They told this to Marcy right before she disappeared.

What if she ran away with Anne, and Sasha because she didn't want to be separated from them? Then where does that leave me? If she ran away why didn't she tell me about me? What if she never really cared about me? But that doesn't make any sense and definitely doesn't sound like something Marcy would do.

Suddenly something caught my eye. Under my bed. It's a book, It's the book that Marcy was looking at the day she disappeared. I pick it up and open it to the first page.

"There has to be something in this book about where Marcy disappeared to"

-In Amphibia-

(Marcy's POV)

I've been in Amphibia for 3 months I think. I haven't found Sasha or Anne yet but I miss (Y/n). I wish she was here with me but she is still on Earth I think, I just abandoned her. I don't want to admit it but that what happened I abandoned my girlfriend.

I've been traveling around Amphibia with missions from king Andrias. He told me she was going to help me find a way home but I don't know if I want to go home the only thing there for me is (Y/n). But I'm still having fun here, I even learned to play an amphibia game called Flipwart. I even almost beat king Adrias himself, we are going to play again and this time I'm going to beat him.

-Time Skip-

Now we are playing Flipwart and I have a strategy that's sure to win. I'm determined on winning.

"So Marcy tell me about your friends"

"Well there is Anne, when we were back on Earth she was the one that saved me from my oblivious most of the time. Well, she was mostly there before I met (Y/n). Anyway, Anne is my best friend we had so much fun together and she might be in Amphibia too since she was the one who opened the calamity box."

"She sounds like she has a big heart"

"She does...then there's Sasha we met when she defended Anne and me from some bullies. Even when we got older she always protected us from bullies. People were scared of her especially when you got on her bad side. She was probably the bravest in our little friend group. Though (Y/n) gave her a run for her money when you messed with her friends. She got really scary one time when somebody intentionally shoved me into a locker." I was focused on the game I didn't realize everything I was telling the king.

"You mentioned this (Y/n), who is she?"

I froze for a moment. "(Y/n)? Well, she...she was my girlfriend back home. She's incredible and I wish she was here with me but I don't think she got transported to Amphibia because she was nowhere near the music box. I wish she was then the four of us would never be separated."

"What do you mean separated?"

"Well right before I found the music box, my parents told me my dad got a job out of state and we'd have to move. I'd have to leave (Y/n) and my friends. I guess I already left (Y/n)."

"You found the music box?"

"Well I saw it in a book and then I found it I didn't think it would work but it did and now I'm in a different world from my girlfriend and I cant find Anne or Sasha anywhere." I can feel myself tearing up just a little.

"Well I'm sure we will find your friends and a way for you to get home"

He makes his move then I make my last move and I flipped his wart.

"Hey, I won," I say as I wipe my eyes.

"Well would you look at that, I guess you did"

I get up and go to my room and pull out my phone and look through pictures of (Y/n) and me. "I'm going to find my way back to you" I realized it was late so I decided I should go to bed. So I fell asleep looking at a picture of (Y/n).
