My boyfriend Dean Winchester, yes THE Dean Winchester is my boyfriend and I'm a vampire. I hated being a vampire, I got turned last year and I wanted to be human again. I hate being a vampire, I don't kill people, I don't drink their blood. Dean and Sam get me blood from blood drives or where ever they can get blood.

Then one night, my nest, the vampires who took me in when I turned and they were the jerks who turned me, kidnapped Dean and they turned him into a vampire.

Mariana: Dean!
Dean: Mariana!
Mariana: Dean, you're a... a...
Dean: Those dicks turned me into a freaking vampire!
Mariana: Let's get you home and we can maybe figure out how to help you.

Dean and Mariana leave and they head to the bunker. Sam was researching how to find out to turn Dean back and there was nothing.
Dean was getting pissed and you felt bad.
Mariana: Dean?
Dean: What?
Mariana then bites her wrist and she puts it in front of Dean.
Dean: What are you doing?
Mariana: here.
Mariana shoves her wrist in front of Dean's face and he was eyeing your wrist and the blood. Dean then puts his mouth against your wrist and he begins sucking the blood.
Mariana: Dean...
Dean kept sucking the blood and he pulls away.
Dean: Mariana...
Mariana: Come on, let's go see Sam.
Dean and Mariana go see Sam.
Sam: I found a way to turn you both back to your normal selves.
Mariana was smiling and she hugs Dean tight.
Mariana: How do we get turned back to normal?
Sam told Dean and Mariana how they can be turned back to normal and they wanted to be normal again.

Sam and Cas came back with blood and they injected it into Mariana and Dean.
They were slowly becoming normal again and they see they don't have fangs anymore.
Mariana: We're normal again!!
Mariana jumps into Dean's arms and she wraps her legs around his waist and he holds her tight.
Mariana then realizes what she is doing and she tries to get off Dean, but he holds her tight.
Mariana: What are you doing Dean?
Dean was smiling at Mariana.
Dean: I don't want to let you go.
Dean then kisses Mariana and he holds her tight and Marian's holds Dean tight.
Dean: I love you.
Mariana: I love you too Dean. *smiles*
