y/n groans. even though your best friend, sasha, was someone you absolutely adored, sometimes sasha would drag you to places you disliked. today, you accidently agreed to go to a small friend gathering with her. she only bribed you with some snacks last night and you, sadly, said yes.
y/n: sasha... can i bail?
sasha: bestie... are you serious right now...
y/n: okay okay, i promised you so i'll keep my word for it then :(
sasha: dont worry too much!! its only a few friends that im close with and just know that they're the sweetest people i know <3
y/n: this time you better not be lying >:(
you put your phone down and start deciding what to wear. what do you choose?

you put on your outfit and twirl in front of the mirror. y/n smiles, "looks good". after finishing your make-up and adding the final touches, you head out and see sasha's car.
"get in, y/n!", sasha yells from her window seat.
you slam the door closed, "what took you so long?"
"cmon now, you just came out of your house", she rolls her eyes and laughs.

arriving at the destination, you look up to see a huge building. the third floor was the bowling place. it seemed like this whole building was a hotel of some sort but had sections for enjoyment.
"this is where my friend, jake, is staying at. he's invited us to play for a bit.", sasha explains.
the elevator dings and the door slides open. you're in amazement by the place. it seemed like a very private space with the lights dimmed perfectly. the area was huge yet only one bowling alley was in use.
"hey sasha! you finally arrived!", a boy waves his arm.
"that's jake", sasha introduces him.
the whole group looks up to greet us. you smile and nod at each one of them, except... your eyes slowly wander to the guy sitting on the sofa. he's staring at you but without an expression. when your eyes meet, you suddenly get hit with a strange feeling. like you've always known him, but you've never known him. he's a complete stranger yet you want to welcome him back into your arms.

throughout the whole game, you couldn't help but glance at him from time to time. as you notice him, you learn that he plays really well and likes to smirk whenever he wins. his friends tease him and you finally get to see his cute smile...

as you return home in sasha's car, you can't get him off your mind.
"sasha... who was the boy in the beanie?", you ask curiously.
"oh, you mean jungwon?", she smiles widely, "did you take an interest in him?"
"i- no- well, yes but no. he's cute, you know. but i'm not sure if i like him.", you hesistantly admit.
sasha hums, "well he's a very dependable person. in his friend group, they call him the leader because he's considerate and mature. i personally like his cute side a lot."

after taking a shower, you slip into your pajamas and plop onto your bed. you sigh thinking about the crush you gained after one glance. you open social media and you see jake's post about today.

a faint pink colour rises to your cheeks. no doubt, you like him. next time when sasha drags you out, you'll be eager to see him again. you slowly say his name, "jung...won.." it felt a bit weird but famaliar.
the day ends and you fall asleep...
a/n: hey guys this is my first time writing a ff about jungwon and this is only chapter won! sorry, i thought that would be funny. but i hope to improve a lot more in the future and present better stories! i will try to continue this story in hopes to get to a point where jungwon and y/n do get into a relationship. but i can not make promises, i apologize. also im planning to add other characters and interactions such as the rest of enhypen or even new friends (any ideas in the comments!). feel free to comment any opinions but please do be kind! thank you so much for reading <33 take care
