Athena wore a small denim short skirt with a crop pink shirt and Athena knew one thing that she looked hot as fuck

I was hanging out with a couple of friends while Jakob was racing some dude

" pass me one " I asked some random chick next to me who had a cigarette Box her in hand

Ive never smoked before since I didn't seem to like the idea of it but I was just having so much fun right now that I really didn't even care

I looked around making sure Jakob was still racing so he wouldn't see me and give me a lecture

I took the cigarette putting it in my mouth and looked in my purse for a lighter but couldn't find one I was gonna ask until someone took it out of my mouth and threw it onto the ground

" Hey mister !" I looked up ready to yell at the person who did that but when I did I was shocked it was dom " those are bad for you " he walked away

I followed him " When did you get released " I asked him but he payed no attention to the girl but focusing on Jakob

" Who wants next " Jakob yelled into the crowd that cheered him on although he was looking for his girlfriend at the same time

" I got next " dom says looking at him in a way that made Athena feel uncomfortable

I looked towards my sister who was in awe that dom had finally returned back and Mia who seemed confused but happy I grabbed both of their arms pulling them towards me since I could feel the tension between the two brother ahead of us

"Dom when did you get out man " Jakob asked nervous since he wasn't aware of him

" I said I got next " dom moved closer to Jakob

" come on dom you don't wanna race me in buddy's old charger " Jakob said pointing to the car

" the car don't make the driver , here's how this goes you win you can come back home you lose you keep driving and you don't stop and you don't ever come back ever " dom says him and Jakob face to face

" what do you mean dom " Jakob asked confused

" I know what you did the day we lost him dad kept talking about a miss file remember you were the last one under his hood that day an a minute later he was gone tell me why would you kill dad " he asks

Jakob was lost for words and couldn't even respond "now let's race " before going back to his car

Jakob looked back to his girlfriend before going back to his car and knowing that their was a chance he wouldn't be able to say goodbye to her

Both cars were lined up letty started walking towards the middle holding onto the flashlight "ready .. set ..  Go "  turning the flashlight Both cars rushed past her

Athena walked towards the group " I don't think I've ever seen dom this way before " I told them waiting for the cars to show back up

Vince only patted my back assuring me it was going to be okay I nodded an we waited minutes but felt like hours until we saw both cars coming

Jakob was in the lead and was close to the finish line until dom speed past him "NOO" Jakob yelled

Dom pulled off to the side watching Jakob speed past and leaving everything and everyone behind

Athena looked confused before going to dom " where is he going why isn't he coming back " I asks slightly panicking

Dom shook his head before putting a hand onto of her shoulder " Athena im sorry but he isn't coming back " I shook my head in denial

I grabbed my phone out of my pocket before dialing his number only for it to keep going to voicemail I called almost 20 times before running towards my car I drove as fast as I could towards the toretto's

I got out and rushed to the house specifically Jakob's room  " Jakob are you here " I run up the stairs

I opened his room only to be filled with a messy room I run to his closet noticing all his clothes were gone " no no no " I opened his drawers seeing nothing  on his nightstand the photo of us in a frame was missing too

I noticed their was a small box on his bed and I opened it to noice a ring

I held onto the wall for support as tears were spreading to my eyes I felt my phone buzzing and I took it out seeing Jakob's contacts I answered it

Athena : Jakob where are you why is your stuff gone come back please

Jakob : I had to hear your voice one last time

Athena : Jakob come back home please I'm begging you , I can't do this without you

Jakob : I love you so much I want you to remember that

Athena couldn't even speak she had tears running down her face

Jakob : I always promised that I would get you a promise ring before giving you the real one someday

Athena : It's beautiful but I rather have you

Jakob smiled while looking up ahead at the road an sighing knowing what's about to happen next

Jakob : I hope we meet again one day

Line cuts off

Athena slide onto the floor crying her eyes out knowing the man she loves wasn't coming back
